I find people are confusing the games economy, for it's gameplay loop. The progression rate, economy, and grind is totally fine, the loop however, isn't. This is something they can quite easily improve for Season 3's 'community request' improvements if they can introduce missions, improved race revisions, live events, and more. Live events should also take the form of missions if they are brought in S3. Let me know what your think!
Alex, your perspective seems clear. Comparing the TDUSC to TDU2, the examples you showed clearly demonstrate that TDUSC is missing features from previous games. I don’t know if you played TDU on the PSP, either way, I recommend you trying that game. The CAR CLUBS feature was pretty cool.
Adding on top of what you said, I’d like mention improvements on the features we already have. For example: Making instant challenges on the go. Cooperative f.r.i.m.
Totally agree. If gameplay is diversified that would help immensely. Also, they have this beautiful new Ibiza map with nicely detailed spots and good variation but there is nothing that validates it. The locations could be implemented in gameplay. A backyard, an industrial zone, abandoned parking spots, there is alot to discover in Ibiza. They should link things to do to these locations.

Poorly designed tracks in Ibiza? I haven’t done all of them, but the ones I’ve done are excellent. One of them is the best I’ve ever seen, can’t remember the name. But it felt like a real rally stage.
Offline mode isn’t saving the game. Great you can still play a game with missing tdu features and a lack of gameplay loop. That changes nothing. Region lock however can improve the game.
Oflline mode is not coming until the game is going off sale. Why can't no one understand that? It's the same with The Crew 2 and -Motorfest. Thr offline patch is only coming after the game is taken down from digital stores.
TDUSC have a lot of problems for me : Stability issues (I literally can't play more than an hour without having crashes). It was a huge mistake to make a full online racing game. Audio bugs that are still here. The ranked races that I still can't do since the launch of the game. Car list not long enough (I would love to see 1990's JDM, 60-70's Muscle cars, Youngtimers,and even bikes for example) Daily challenges like hot-heads, are a good thing. Clans are not developped enough, they are only present to grind for me. It's sad. And of course a lot of old TDU features are missing. The game had potential but they clearly don't want to work too much on it and it's starting to make me really hate the game and the devs. On top of that they're french, like me... 😮💨

Another way to earn money is speedtraps, but did it once and they are useless, that's why speedtraps should get resetted every season, or have speed goals for every single car in the class. Like make 150km/h for Classics and you can earn money using every classic car, 250km/h for Daily, etc. And ofc different delivery missions, photo challenges. Those murals and graffiti on both maps can be a challenge too, to find them all.
Idea how KT could include photo missions in TDUSC: -define about 200 locations on HKI/Ibiza in total; each new week we can discover 5 locations on the map(s) and loop them (they could make these missions like in tdu2 with a description and the district, and using the same mechanic with direction and zoom and stuff like that) -define them in a way that sometimes a randomized car is required to complete some photos (not weather/time, because the weather/time economy would sometimes require to do these missions on specific times, which would be bad) -rewards could be xp (if you don't have the max level) or cash (if you have the max level) -> this would contribute more to the exploration factor of the game (one of the best things about the TDU DNA) and make the photo mode more... "useful" -> unfortunately there would be 1 big downside about this: Photos (like everything else in TDUSC) are saved online, so the servers would struggle more. A fix could be that the game could ask you everytime you shoot a photo, if you want to save it. Lets hope, someone from KT racing has already ideas like this^^
I'm less bothered by the grind for cars (honestly I get showered in cash from doing all the tasks anyway) but the grind for content is what stings the most. Especially noticeable in the early game, if you just do every race available to you once, you find yourself short of the rep needed to actually unlock new races. So you have to go back and repeat those races until you rank up. It's not a great look. Credit to KT at least for awarding rep for road completion, that helps fill some of the progression gap. As you say, more of these activities would make progressing through the games content feel far more natural.
Live event give out cash or cars or exclusive car parts Add more vehicles to the game... Add a location where online racing is happening where players can join races not necc ranked races..just a play you can surely go to get races in. Add top speed runs...where your top speed through each check point adds up at the end of a event
Idk about giving away a car for a live event unless it’s something that isn’t high priced but increasing money earned in live events prior to completion or money as a final reward would be a nice bonus for sure, even if it also had an XP bonus

Saving money is not a problem for me, i do everyday the FRIM challenge, easily 1 million everyday, the challenges every day and after that i go to Ibiza and do the highway race, which is each 1st place 50k each 2 and a half minutes and while i am doing all those things i am listening too metal through Spotify so it doesn't become boring. I have now like 37.6 million credits and i have most expensive cars + the 250 GTO which is 21 million credits. They really need too add houses, garages and cars and bikes lol. I already have like 67 cars. 😂
What we really need is a way to see all players online on the map and the ability to join them and whatever lobby they are in like the old games. What's the point in having your flashy car if you can't connect with anyone to drive it with.
I really like the daily rotation of race restrictions implemented in ibiza map. It would be really nice if they do that somehow in hong kong. Also for the live events they can definitely add some races to ibiza as well

Preposterous. I saw a guy on Reddit the other day, who complained about this same thing. And he was mortified because he couldn’t afford more then a couple supercars PER DAY. Literally the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Talk about missing the entire point. I told him to go play asphalt or FH5. I’m sure, these people aren’t “eligible” to play the game. Test drive was never a grind and this one is yea you had to work for it but it never seemed like a grind because the game was good enough to distract you this one all u can see if its faults because they failed at there shot of making this game what it should be
TDU always had a grind, even looking back at my playthroughs of TDU1 and TDU2, the difference is, and as I mentioned in the video, is the gameplay loop of TDU SC. They improve that, they fix everyone’s complaints about said grind and economy.
U had more contact more ways of making money. I stuck with my 3 starter car pretty long in solar crow u be forced to buy new cars or u can't do the races or u do same races over and over again to get money and lv up. And buying cars for 2 races is stupid.
There are a lot of things I really appreciate about this game. There are still some massive missing pieces. They have improved it quite a bit since release and it does feel more like a TDU but it still doesn’t feel like a real TDU. I think the key is going to be missions and houses at least in that aspect. Also buying the gold edition needs to be made worth the extra cost, as of this point it totally isn’t, perhaps a credits bonus per race or similar
While we make the "same" income as TDU2/TDU1, cars prices are way different. The most expensive car in TDU2, excluding the 250 GTO, was the Veyron SS (3mill); in TDU1, excluding classic cars as the 250 GTO/Aston DB4 or depending of your game version, it was the F1/F1 GTR (1.1mill/1.5mill). While, in TDUSC, the most expensive cars cost around 8mill-12mill, almost 4 times the costs of the other games. There should not be special editions costing almost 4 times the original price of the car (as example, the R8 Green hell 6.3mill and the normal edition 1.6mill, irl this edition doesn't even reach the double of the original price...), it is ridiculous. This is my opinion and doesn't have to be the same for everybody, but I believe that the grind is exagerated in comparison to TDU2/TDU1, where with 1 championship (Cup) of 1 hour in the late game you could get 5mill, buy not 1, but two of the most expensive cars in the game. I agree with you that the Crown Jewel races should reward you with more money, that could maybe help the grind, but honestly this is not what TDU2 or TDU1 where used to do in the name of "work for your dream car", damn, you could even buy the Enzo with the Ibiza cup once you ended it and it was not even the late game. I really enjoy this game, they seem to be fixing the issues of the release and, honestly, I enjoyed the Xago missions. I think that if they really want to justify cars being so expensive, they should pick cars as the Xago and introduce those type of missions or special races where just those type of cars are allowed, maybe a new Crown Jewel race where only "exclusive" cars can race (obviously with higher rewards).
Speaking of races ... I just wish you can remove races that you've completed from the map... My eyes are bad already and sometimes it's hard to see what are the new races and what are the ones I've completed lol ibiza system in crown jewels is an amazing idea! And if they add side tasks with that, that would be an awesome way to make money! And I completely agree ... All this game offers is racing... Other games had delivery missions, hitchhiking, houses, used car dealerships, OFFLINE MODE and much more...this is what we need...im all for waiting for the devs to add those things... In the previous game it was the case that when you drove down a street it turned yellow and you wanted every street to be yellow, that means you drove down every street, is that also the case in this player?
Obviously they won't be implementing any new mission types in the current season, but I'd like to see a change to how the event payouts are. Races should be paid based on the time it takes the average person to complete it. The Highway to Heaven race gets about 20-25K per minute and I'd like to see that implemented into other events. It should also be scaled with different restrictions. If you were to do the Crown Jewel race around HKI with a 2CV which could take maybe 30-45 minutes, I think it should pay around 600K That would save me from getting burnt out from doing Highway to Heaven over and over and over again, but unfortunately for now it's the best paying event by far.
Absolutely agree. The grind is not bad at all. In fact it’s faster to acquire cars then TDU1 & 2. But yes, it’s missing key TDU dna features, like driving missions, car delivery missions, hitchhiker etc, and ofc proper lifestyle features. Also it would be cool to have car meet places, maybe like a diner style place, where people can meet and set up a drag race, normal race or cruise. Obviously real estate would add a lot too! Hopefully it’s coming eventually. But yeah, personally, the driving, hiker, delivery missions + other lifestyle features are the most urgent missing feature.
I completely disagree. In those games if you had the cash you could buy the car. Nothing was locked behind levels and there wasn’t the whole season pass nonsense where the most desirable cars were a whole grind away. Plus cars were reasonable prices and you got fair income per race. Maybe if they didn’t hand out 50k in the clan battles every other day the cars wouldn’t need to be 5mil… I’ve tried time and time again and given this game multiple chances. It’s not fun. I don’t want to get off work to work some more virtually. Especially when I have the cash to buy what I want and just can’t

Its funny when i played tdu 2 years ago on my ps3 i didn't even know i could sell my cars i started playing it again on my pc recently to find out u can sell them if u go to the used car dealer but yeah being able to sell cars would be nice
I am so frustrated with them nerfing cars. I saved up so much money for the 918 for it to be completely useless now and don’t even know where to start with the buggy. Nerfing cars was not the move at all and makes me very annoyed and not even want to play anymore
Id like to add that not only are they missing what TDU2 had for side content but even TDU1 side content like Renting Cars for 10/20 minutes to get a taste of whats to come if fully owned They could expand upon the idea of Taxi/ubering people a little more like having your increase in level increase their rewards due to rise in fame or have a use for 4 doored cars to also increase rewards and have to go to different locations or even showthem around the isle of places you have or havent explored for bonuses , car/cargo deliveries could be made more rewarding by introducing a risk reward system by just arriving quickly before the bonus reward timer runs out Imagine having to please 3 adrenaline junkies inside a 4door car/SUV in one mission its insane and silly but thats the charm TDU1&2 that Solar Crown needs
I feel like the next major update is make or break for this game. If they dont add more "tdu style" content with the next season, people will move on. I want and hope for it to do a cyberpunk style turn around.
One main issue for me. Is that tdu1 and 2 i dont think had a season pass to complete so didnt matter how long it took you to do things on there. On SC the 1st season pass wasnt so bad but this 2nd one is way to much of a grind for not having much else to do apart from races.. and all races give you the same season pass points pretty much so no point on doing longer races. Only so much races you can do.. takes for ever to just get one level up. You are right tho. The races them selves are fun but definitely needs more things to do or ways to get money and exp missions and photo things will help and so on.. but just having races to do is for me becoming abit of a struggle. I played a fair bit and only level 13 in season pass.. for a car that might not ever be seen again.
Also sort those damn ranked races out. They pay out more if you win and that's with only 2 people in the race not sure if it increases woth the more people. But they are pretty much useless right now if you can only play with your mates..
Please make the weather optional it’s annoying every race being wet and always raining ☔️ it just gets annoying ! Needs missions and get rid off the stickers ! And the solar pass is just a waste off time I’ll wait until I see if they actually turn it in to a tdu game until then I’ve uninstalled it which is shame as the car handling and environment is really enjoy 😢
They absolutely nerfed the HP of the cars now I can’t even complete the ambers crown jewel task. It’s asking me to complete in under 23 mins which is actually impossible now. Also the Jade challenge with the Veyron I have now maxed out I can’t complete the task of under 12 mins🤦♀️🤦♀️
I don't know where I should ask. I played TDUSC on the free PlayStation Weekend and I like the game. But in my Opinion 50 Bucks "in Sale" are too much for the game. I also don't have much time the coming months to play it repeatedly. Is it possible to buy it in 3 Months (maybe around Season 3) and don't miss out on important content? Sorry for my bad English :D
The only thing ur gonna miss out on technically is the current solar pass when the new season drops that old solar pass for the 2nd season will get replaced with the new one so if your fine with not getting the rewards from the current one u should be good
As far as im aware for the trial ur progression will stay as is so all ur cars money and rep will be there when u decide to buy the game or if they do another trial later on
i've been sporadic with gameplay cause of server issues but recently got back on the game. did a bunch of upgrades at the workshop about 70-80k worth total for parts (equipped when i did it) next time i went into the workshop none of the upgraded parts were there and the game wants me to buy them again. i feel like thats a slap in the face that makes me not trust this game at all. i'm having a rough time just saving up the cash to buy my first Grand touring car and this doesn't help. i'm thinking of taking another 6 month break after this incident
No, not everything is bad. It quite literally does quite a few things better than other open world racers, and denying where the game should be praised is just as bad as denying where games has its faults
If "everything is bad" then you should probably be worrying less about TDUSC and instead looking into yourself and deciding if racing games are for you at all.
I recently played the trial version on PS5 and I didn't like the game at all. It has its strong points but the weak ones are the majority. I know that the graphics are not the most important thing in a game but in this TDU they are quite bad, they still have a lot to do. to improve, at the moment my impression is negative, but I will always be open to trying it in the future if it catches my attention and I really see that the game improves
They could never make me hate TDUSC. It has its issues but the game as bad as people are making it out to be. I do hope that we get driving missions and old TDU content that made TDU stand out.
Yeah i felt that way too yeah i saw some stuttering on my ps5 but nothing extreme that caused input lag i had one connection error trying to find a ranked match and another but only because i put my ps5 into rest mode which cuts the internet so that was my own fault overall i had a great time and im gonna buy the gold edition tmrw as a birthday present for myself i got tdu2 for my ps3 the same way

I want a load more vehicles it lacks so many.. and other missions like the old test drive to earn money other than just racing. I do like the cars parked on the side of the road in ibiza mainly when there is like 10 in a row on either side, it feels more alive even though they are just parked cars. Some tropical rain whilst sunny wouldnt go a miss either. More Ai traffic, pedestrians, more pops and bangs, especially when the cars upgraded or just make it so it only pops once redlined whilst driving.. more rim options aswell. I want the game to succeed so bad, i put on another racing game and i swear i don't get the same feeling and get bored with the handling especially withing 5 mins.
They should fix the game before putting out new content and bugs out. Fix weather Fix AI Fix exhaust popping and sound Fix animal sound, maybe put animals in. I just about quit when I was rank 1-2 EU/PC before the cheating and they just gave the rewards to the cheaters instead and I just had to cope getting comparatively nothing with the highest legitimate rank earned.
No no the grind method isn’t the same as TDU 2 or TDU 1 because en others tdu we earn much money in less time and the car prices are more realistic and sorry but in TDU 1 200K for the around the island race and not 46k like in SC…
ok so the game is (still) grindy but it also has a bad gameplay loop (no content) and the graphics are buggy and the music is bad and the car list is bad and the maps are subpar and empty and not as big as they should be and boring and the servers are bad and the multiplayer and social aspects are lacking and terrible and there's no players so what IS there honestly? why are we still talking about this "game"?

The 09' GTR was like 60 - 80k in the old game and its what, 800k+ in SC?? The biggest problem with the economy in this game is not the economy itself, its the fact that nowdays are players used to forza where they throw money at you which is a bad thing. TDU 2 is my all time favorite racing game, I hope one day I will be able to say that this spot belongs to TDUSC
Region lock and crossplay would change that. But to many, TDU2 was dead quite a lot of the time, but we still had fun. Why? There was a lot more solo content, and the gameplay loop is better
Im playing the free trial and the game is a lot of fun.. driving is so much fun.. yeah it has graphical issues but im more focused on gameplay.. honsetly people deluded me to not buy it.. definitely buying it.

I tried the demo and got to level 15 within a day then I realized how repetitive it was going to be. I like the driving physics but unfortunately I’ll be sticking with The Crew Motorfest.
that they add missions called, "sticker scammers" that you have to distribute a series of stickers around the map or "this game is garbage" and you have to go in a truck distributing poop, it will be very successful, repeating and repeating, hahahahaha, that game shit

Saving money is not a problem for me, i do everyday the FRIM challenge, easily 1 million everyday, the challenges every day and after that i go to Ibiza and do the highway race, which is each 1st place 50k each 2 and a half minutes and while i am doing all those things i am listening too metal through Spotify so it doesn't become boring. I have now like 37.6 million credits and i have most expensive cars + the 250 GTO which is 21 million credits. They really need too add houses, garages and cars and bikes lol. I already have like 67 cars. 😂

What we really need is a way to see all players online on the map and the ability to join them and whatever lobby they are in like the old games. What's the point in having your flashy car if you can't connect with anyone to drive it with.

The crown jewel used to be 200k roughly for 10 mins. Now it’s 46… I agree it needs adjusting.
Test drive was never a grind and this one is yea you had to work for it but it never seemed like a grind because the game was good enough to distract you this one all u can see if its faults because they failed at there shot of making this game what it should be
TDU always had a grind, even looking back at my playthroughs of TDU1 and TDU2, the difference is, and as I mentioned in the video, is the gameplay loop of TDU SC. They improve that, they fix everyone’s complaints about said grind and economy.

U had more contact more ways of making money. I stuck with my 3 starter car pretty long in solar crow u be forced to buy new cars or u can't do the races or u do same races over and over again to get money and lv up. And buying cars for 2 races is stupid.

Played trial I was quite impressed I think houses makes grind more fun so we actually have things to grind for and then enjoy walking round etc
There are a lot of things I really appreciate about this game. There are still some massive missing pieces. They have improved it quite a bit since release and it does feel more like a TDU but it still doesn’t feel like a real TDU. I think the key is going to be missions and houses at least in that aspect. Also buying the gold edition needs to be made worth the extra cost, as of this point it totally isn’t, perhaps a credits bonus per race or similar
While we make the "same" income as TDU2/TDU1, cars prices are way different. The most expensive car in TDU2, excluding the 250 GTO, was the Veyron SS (3mill); in TDU1, excluding classic cars as the 250 GTO/Aston DB4 or depending of your game version, it was the F1/F1 GTR (1.1mill/1.5mill). While, in TDUSC, the most expensive cars cost around 8mill-12mill, almost 4 times the costs of the other games.
There should not be special editions costing almost 4 times the original price of the car (as example, the R8 Green hell 6.3mill and the normal edition 1.6mill, irl this edition doesn't even reach the double of the original price...), it is ridiculous.
This is my opinion and doesn't have to be the same for everybody, but I believe that the grind is exagerated in comparison to TDU2/TDU1, where with 1 championship (Cup) of 1 hour in the late game you could get 5mill, buy not 1, but two of the most expensive cars in the game. I agree with you that the Crown Jewel races should reward you with more money, that could maybe help the grind, but honestly this is not what TDU2 or TDU1 where used to do in the name of "work for your dream car", damn, you could even buy the Enzo with the Ibiza cup once you ended it and it was not even the late game.
I really enjoy this game, they seem to be fixing the issues of the release and, honestly, I enjoyed the Xago missions. I think that if they really want to justify cars being so expensive, they should pick cars as the Xago and introduce those type of missions or special races where just those type of cars are allowed, maybe a new Crown Jewel race where only "exclusive" cars can race (obviously with higher rewards).
Speaking of races ... I just wish you can remove races that you've completed from the map... My eyes are bad already and sometimes it's hard to see what are the new races and what are the ones I've completed lol
ibiza system in crown jewels is an amazing idea! And if they add side tasks with that, that would be an awesome way to make money!
And I completely agree ... All this game offers is racing... Other games had delivery missions, hitchhiking, houses, used car dealerships, OFFLINE MODE and much more...this is what we need...im all for waiting for the devs to add those things... I just hope they actually add them

In the previous game it was the case that when you drove down a street it turned yellow and you wanted every street to be yellow, that means you drove down every street, is that also the case in this player?
Obviously they won't be implementing any new mission types in the current season, but I'd like to see a change to how the event payouts are.
Races should be paid based on the time it takes the average person to complete it. The Highway to Heaven race gets about 20-25K per minute and I'd like to see that implemented into other events.
It should also be scaled with different restrictions. If you were to do the Crown Jewel race around HKI with a 2CV which could take maybe 30-45 minutes, I think it should pay around 600K
That would save me from getting burnt out from doing Highway to Heaven over and over and over again, but unfortunately for now it's the best paying event by far.

Absolutely agree. The grind is not bad at all. In fact it’s faster to acquire cars then TDU1 & 2. But yes, it’s missing key TDU dna features, like driving missions, car delivery missions, hitchhiker etc, and ofc proper lifestyle features.
Also it would be cool to have car meet places, maybe like a diner style place, where people can meet and set up a drag race, normal race or cruise.
Obviously real estate would add a lot too! Hopefully it’s coming eventually.
But yeah, personally, the driving, hiker, delivery missions + other lifestyle features are the most urgent missing feature.
I completely disagree. In those games if you had the cash you could buy the car. Nothing was locked behind levels and there wasn’t the whole season pass nonsense where the most desirable cars were a whole grind away. Plus cars were reasonable prices and you got fair income per race. Maybe if they didn’t hand out 50k in the clan battles every other day the cars wouldn’t need to be 5mil… I’ve tried time and time again and given this game multiple chances. It’s not fun. I don’t want to get off work to work some more virtually. Especially when I have the cash to buy what I want and just can’t

Its funny when i played tdu 2 years ago on my ps3 i didn't even know i could sell my cars i started playing it again on my pc recently to find out u can sell them if u go to the used car dealer but yeah being able to sell cars would be nice
I recently built an old PC I've been playing the original TDU2, if you want to know what's wrong with SC, play TDU2.
I am so frustrated with them nerfing cars. I saved up so much money for the 918 for it to be completely useless now and don’t even know where to start with the buggy. Nerfing cars was not the move at all and makes me very annoyed and not even want to play anymore
Id like to add that not only are they missing what TDU2 had for side content but even TDU1 side content like Renting Cars for 10/20 minutes to get a taste of whats to come if fully owned
They could expand upon the idea of Taxi/ubering people a little more like having your increase in level increase their rewards due to rise in fame or have a use for 4 doored cars to also increase rewards and have to go to different locations or even showthem around the isle of places you have or havent explored for bonuses
, car/cargo deliveries could be made more rewarding by introducing a risk reward system by just arriving quickly before the bonus reward timer runs out
Imagine having to please 3 adrenaline junkies inside a 4door car/SUV in one mission its insane and silly but thats the charm TDU1&2 that Solar Crown needs
I feel like the next major update is make or break for this game. If they dont add more "tdu style" content with the next season, people will move on. I want and hope for it to do a cyberpunk style turn around.
One main issue for me. Is that tdu1 and 2 i dont think had a season pass to complete so didnt matter how long it took you to do things on there. On SC the 1st season pass wasnt so bad but this 2nd one is way to much of a grind for not having much else to do apart from races.. and all races give you the same season pass points pretty much so no point on doing longer races. Only so much races you can do.. takes for ever to just get one level up. You are right tho. The races them selves are fun but definitely needs more things to do or ways to get money and exp missions and photo things will help and so on.. but just having races to do is for me becoming abit of a struggle. I played a fair bit and only level 13 in season pass.. for a car that might not ever be seen again.
Also sort those damn ranked races out. They pay out more if you win and that's with only 2 people in the race not sure if it increases woth the more people. But they are pretty much useless right now if you can only play with your mates..
Please make the weather optional it’s annoying every race being wet and always raining ☔️ it just gets annoying ! Needs missions and get rid off the stickers ! And the solar pass is just a waste off time I’ll wait until I see if they actually turn it in to a tdu game until then I’ve uninstalled it which is shame as the car handling and environment is really enjoy 😢

They absolutely nerfed the HP of the cars now I can’t even complete the ambers crown jewel task. It’s asking me to complete in under 23 mins which is actually impossible now. Also the Jade challenge with the Veyron I have now maxed out I can’t complete the task of under 12 mins🤦♀️🤦♀️

I don't know where I should ask. I played TDUSC on the free PlayStation Weekend and I like the game. But in my Opinion 50 Bucks "in Sale" are too much for the game. I also don't have much time the coming months to play it repeatedly. Is it possible to buy it in 3 Months (maybe around Season 3) and don't miss out on important content?

The only thing ur gonna miss out on technically is the current solar pass when the new season drops that old solar pass for the 2nd season will get replaced with the new one so if your fine with not getting the rewards from the current one u should be good
As far as im aware for the trial ur progression will stay as is so all ur cars money and rep will be there when u decide to buy the game or if they do another trial later on

i've been sporadic with gameplay cause of server issues but recently got back on the game. did a bunch of upgrades at the workshop about 70-80k worth total for parts (equipped when i did it) next time i went into the workshop none of the upgraded parts were there and the game wants me to buy them again. i feel like thats a slap in the face that makes me not trust this game at all. i'm having a rough time just saving up the cash to buy my first Grand touring car and this doesn't help. i'm thinking of taking another 6 month break after this incident

I recently played the trial version on PS5 and I didn't like the game at all. It has its strong points but the weak ones are the majority. I know that the graphics are not the most important thing in a game but in this TDU they are quite bad, they still have a lot to do. to improve, at the moment my impression is negative, but I will always be open to trying it in the future if it catches my attention and I really see that the game improves

Yeah i felt that way too yeah i saw some stuttering on my ps5 but nothing extreme that caused input lag i had one connection error trying to find a ranked match and another but only because i put my ps5 into rest mode which cuts the internet so that was my own fault overall i had a great time and im gonna buy the gold edition tmrw as a birthday present for myself i got tdu2 for my ps3 the same way

you can't buy it in Season 3, only those who get Solar Court or above get it free. You can purchase it in a dealer come Season 4 though.

I want a load more vehicles it lacks so many.. and other missions like the old test drive to earn money other than just racing.
I do like the cars parked on the side of the road in ibiza mainly when there is like 10 in a row on either side, it feels more alive even though they are just parked cars. Some tropical rain whilst sunny wouldnt go a miss either.
More Ai traffic, pedestrians, more pops and bangs, especially when the cars upgraded or just make it so it only pops once redlined whilst driving.. more rim options aswell.
I want the game to succeed so bad, i put on another racing game and i swear i don't get the same feeling and get bored with the handling especially withing 5 mins.
Highway to heaven kinda fixed the grind issue but the game itself is so boring only focusing on racing with no real incentive to keep going

They have redused all Crown Jewel Races a half Price with the Ibiza update. And on Xbox I found no players for Ranked Races.

I just about quit when I was rank 1-2 EU/PC before the cheating and they just gave the rewards to the cheaters instead and I just had to cope getting comparatively nothing with the highest legitimate rank earned.
No no the grind method isn’t the same as TDU 2 or TDU 1 because en others tdu we earn much money in less time and the car prices are more realistic and sorry but in TDU 1 200K for the around the island race and not 46k like in SC…

Please stop defending the economy, we're getting TDU 1 / 2 prize money and have to grind 10× in most cases more money for those cars. The 09' GTR was like 60 - 80k in the old game and its what, 800k+ in SC?? Same story with the R8, the MP4-12C, the Mini, the Enzo, Lotuses and the California for example and so many more cars is just BS. what i feel is missing is the lack of just being able to jump into multiplayer racing quickly

The biggest problem with the economy in this game is not the economy itself, its the fact that nowdays are players used to forza where they throw money at you which is a bad thing. TDU 2 is my all time favorite racing game, I hope one day I will be able to say that this spot belongs to TDUSC

Region lock and crossplay would change that. But to many, TDU2 was dead quite a lot of the time, but we still had fun. Why? There was a lot more solo content, and the gameplay loop is better

I tried the demo and got to level 15 within a day then I realized how repetitive it was going to be. I like the driving physics but unfortunately I’ll be sticking with The Crew Motorfest.
