Hi, guys! I'm Alexandra Revontulet and this is my project Alexandrite. We create Symphonic Metal covers and release them in sets. Each set has four songs outlining the same theme.
This is the seventh set and it's dedicated to classical arias. Usually, we take pop and rock songs and add some symphonic elements to them, but this time we're doing it the other way around! We take a classical piece and add some rock and metal parts. Let's see who of the classical composers was a metalhead! ;) \m/
The final piece of the 7th set is here! Of course, we couldn't imagine making this classical set without the most popular aria for mezzo! It is "L'amour est un oiseau rebelle" (or "Habanera") from the opera "Carmen" by Georges Bizet.
Originally this video was released under the name of Rainheart Symphony, which I changed in August 2019. The focus of this project shifted to releasing my own music as well.
