Love Ian and his irreverent lyrics and catchy tunes. Always fun.
What a great band The Blockheads were. And Ian wrote some stellar songs.
Loved this record when it was released and the TOTP performance so much i bought the single the same week. What a refreshingly new sound came from this group and there was so much more to come. Thank you so much for this reaction.
What a character and what a song, remember seeing them live at Manchester uni in the late seventies, amazing gig!

A one for you to react to is Spectral Mornings by the one and only Steve Hackett, performed by Magenta 2015, the vocals are spectacular, was released for the Parkinson’s charity , with an appearance in the video of Steve. Had never appreciated the lyrics before, fought back the tears

I think that what you are doing with your channel is to look back at stuff you recall and review them. That sounds like a journey I can sign up to. No- DLT was not like Jimmy Saville. Saville was a vile. sordid, creeping, rapist of Children and Unfortunates in the care of the state which he manipulated without shame. Travis was mostly a c^^t from what I recall.
