Bold of you to assume the history of bread would be boring to me. I watched a whole documentary about bread, and I crave a sequel!
Did you catch Part 2? ua-cam.com/video/pycsc-4pQYI/v-deo.html
It’s perfectly boring, but I just CAN’T. STOP. LAUGHING. It’s 5 am and I’m listening to the effing HISTORY OF BREAD. What is my life??? 💀
I mean, I was up learning how to refinish an old wood planer, so who am I to judge?
LOL, Coco!
Bread
Same! There’s no reason it should be so funny, but by the time she read the chapter one title “bread” stopped sounding like a real word and I couldn’t stop giggling 😅
I was hysterically laughing last night (part of it was prob just sleep deprivation) at the titles of all of these books and that I was trying to decide between the history of bread, book of architecture or 1995 sears catalog at 3am and laughed so hard I woke up my son 😂🤦♀️ That architecture one had me out cold insanely quick though so I'm excited for the Bread tonight
Dang. Now I gotta listen to this.....I can't even tell you how incredibly interested I am in the history of food😳😳😳I'm so awake
Don't do it! Pick a philosophy reading instead!
This deserves so much more views. Love it so much!
Glad you like it! I appreciate you tuning in.
Does it work dough?
@@meghanm6657 Yesh it doughs
This is my favourite episode from your channel!
Glad you enjoy it!
Isn’t it supposed to be boring at all? Because it is not even boring it’s amazing 🤩 thx for making this vid
Ha! I really do enjoy that book.
This is far too interesting to fall asleep to.
It really is quite a remarkable book
This is the best sleep ASMR I've listened to. Fell asleep 2 hours ago while listening to this, and I now as I write this I am more awake and more alert. I've learn't more about the history about beard than another history channel could teach me, and I've retained a lot more Information then normal. Thanks a ton I think I'll subscribe and leave a like.
I'm so glad you enjoy it!
What did I feel kind of offended when I heard the boring book's part even though I was searching for like boring lectures and stuff to put me to sleep last night and then I found this and I thought this is going to be too interesting to actually make me fall asleep and so I saved it and now I'm here to actually watch It

Great podcast to type notes too!🍞
Also I want to say thanks I legit never would have thought of reading something like this myself but now I know I’d enjoy it 🙏☺️
Too interesting...thanks for sharing. Regards from Rio, Brazil.
This was a pretty interesting topic, if you ignore the fact that it's read pretty slowly. I have trouble falling asleep so when I put this on, I pretty much just listened to the story. I'm suprized you didn't fall asleep reading it. Like, when it was talking about Prehistoric Bread, then started getting into cereal, I'm like: "I thought we were talking about bread... Is cereal a type of bread?" I think heard this in Part 2 but it was talking about how bread was stored in jars or something. In Part 2 definitly it was talking about Herculies and stuff I was like: "Yeah, this isn't just a story about bread."
"Cereal" is any kind of plant that's made into bread, so wheat, oats, rye, etc. are all cereals. They were also all called "corn" back in day, whereas our corn was called "maize". Times and terms certainly change!
I was eating some bread, and then i thought: "i wonder how ancient is bread" and here I am.
Ears, get ready; eyes, please don't fall asleep
amazing that really works , thanks all of you for this masterpiece :) I looking at another perspective for breads now 🤺
I'll be honest--when I first read the title of this video, I thought I was going to hear a narration by Sergeant Taggart from "Beverly Hills Cop"!
I mean...I could try it, I suppose? :D "Banana in the tailpipe...ba-naa-naa in the taaaaailpipe..."
@@BoringBooksPod lol
You need to rename the podcast this wasn’t boring at all you always read such interesting books 🤗❤️
True! But "Boring Reader for Bedtime" just didn't have the same ring. ;-)
