great video my man u deserve more likes ...........anyways this vid was so useful i was so confused abt the speedd thing in my g-shock but now i got it
Thanks. Really useful informations on one of the complications of this G shock. There isn't a lot of these videos out there highlighting this function. Makes me want to buy this model even more.
You're welcome. Those three should be already enough for regular wear, although if I were you, I'll add a triple or quad sensor model as well to complete the collection. :D
This watch is so easy to use, I don’t know why people find it difficult to use and the fact that this is a very nice model makes the GA-110 series my favourite G-Shock ever.
Hey bro, your explanation is so clear that everyone can understand. Thank you for your video But there is one thing I can't understand. That is why did you calculate the ratio of 64 to 5. Tell me please.
Because 20m is 1/5 of a 100m which what the DIST was set too... so to work out what speed something is traveling at when you can only do a min of 100m setting on your watch, but you have a 20m area is to divide it by 5 as 5X20=100
Hey! I've got one question . I also own Casio G-Shock GA 110 watch and it is a genuine one but it says Casio Vietnam on buckle . I've never seen that on any Casio watch so please tell why is it in mine if you have any idea . Again I am telling my watch is 100% genuine .
@@gshockhighfashion The models are DW-6700 ,DW-5300 ,DW-6100, DW-5900 i don't have a facebook page but i can create one , do you have the name of the seller on facebok thank you very much for your help.
Did anyone else's LED die in their GA110-1B? Mine did. And I can't find a fix. I replaced the battery and did a reset but still no light. But then I opened it up again and did another reset. Before closing the watch, I pressed the light button and it worked. But then I closed it up again and it didn't work. But at least I learned my LED isn't dead, the problem lies somewhere else.I love my watch, but I wish this mystery could be solved.
Interesting problem. I haven’t heard anything like this yet. From your descriptions, sounds like it have to do with circuits connection. Something got connected to the wrong path, probably something was misplaced/scratched or something is blocking the side button from reaching the circuit board when you press it.
You are absolutely correct! Solved1 When the battery technician replaced the battery he must have removed the module. He said he "look for a 2nd battery but couldn't find one" thinking the GA110 might need two batteries. I took the watch apart last night and after removing the module and reseating it, the light worked again. The trick was to depress the module as far down into the case as possible, until I heard a click I hadn't heard before. I might have been afraid to press too hard on the module. When it was fully depressed into place there was more room between the module and the back of the case. If the module is not fully inserted into the case, the pressure of the watch back on the module either messes with the switch position, but what I think is more likely is that it's messing with mechanism that controls the "auto light" function. Possibly some small balanced mechanism? I don't know what controls the "auto light" movement.
I’m guessing the technician is talking about a FAKE model. Fake G-Shock came with two battery, one to run digital and one to run the analog hands. Genuine piece just needs one to run everything. Congratulations for succeeding in fixing your watch. Its a nice experience. The watch have a mechanical ‘ball’ that slide up & down as you tilt the watch to turn the autolight ON. Well, technically we still manually tilt the watch to make the ball slide down and hit the switch or connect the circuit that in turn lights on the LED. I haven’t seen how this whole process works with my own eyes yet but at least this is how they stated from the manual book.
It can be km / miles/ meters/ yards/ inches..... it doesn't make a difference... if the distance is in meters, the speed will be meters/ hour. If the distance is in miles, than the speed is in miles/ hour.
The DIST setting is a generic unit of measurement. The speed result is distance divided by elapsed time. (1 DIST for miles, in 60 sec = speed 60 or 60mph). Hope that helps.
Hi Mr. G-shock High fashion, can you tell why this series is one of your favorites? I want to buy a G-shock and am considering this one, probably the black and gold model, but I have something that I don’t like analog watches as much as digital ones, it’s just that I find digital display so much easier to read the time, and I prefer fully digital watches, but I’m still leaning towards this one for aesthetics reasons cause it looks so nice So what makes it be one of your favorites?
Maybe because of the looks, I have the GA-110RG (Rose Gold) version since 2015, it looks cool, I love it. I recommend you the rose gold version :) imo :)
Just got this G-Shock for the first time today, and I am so dang blown away by all the features… The Apple Watch is going away for a while.
Thank you . I will review this again and again until I master it. Your 110 collection is awesome
Thanks for explaining about that small dial... I never knew about it 😂, I thought it is just a showpiece and doesn't have any practical use!

Hi sir!my gshock 5146 speed hand was remove..how can I fix it?
Well, you'll need to carefully plug it back in. Then re-aligned them.

How to measure lap time?
look good i like green and orange heard the battery is poor make solar i buy it
I wore mine for over 3 years. Swap the battery once for about 10 bucks then use it again. Still worth the price.
Can you set the distance to miles or only kilometers?

+fireboy1969 Well said.
Whatsapp man. I hope so but the quad sensor in Algeria it's so hard to find and very expansive
How i set in a right even in a seconds same as on my mobile clock
I've found great handbook on woodprix website. Good solutions for everyone I think.
Thank you for watching! Glad to know this helps!
Thank you Romaine
so this watch has basically a built in distance/speed calculator
Where and how did you get the 3,600?
From the digital indicators
Seconds in an hour
I've ga 110ll I'm so very disappointed it's girlish style
Get the big case one for a better appearance
The limit of speed is 90kmh
The watch has a limit to 999 units/h
I see the time in watch was aslo 39.***
Probably just a coincidence. :)
I don't understand the measure of stop watch
The stopwatch & speedometer operates simultaneously. You could just ignore either one whenever you don't need to use them.
