Another boss from the Corruption, but more challenging this time. It could be considered to be the Corruption's version of the Brain of Cthulhu, but with more complex attacks. This boss reflects the Corruption Biome really well, from the enemies to the debuffs that it inflicts. Will you be able to defeat the Brain of the Corruption?

It’s possible he fought it underground and you didn’t. It spams wayyy more above ground.
