Just to add a little context. The venue was a floating stage on the Amstel River in the city of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The orchestra was on the bridge behind and above Emma and April. The occasion was Liberation Day 5, May 2024 commemorating the liberation of the Netherlands from Nazi Germany in 1945. The couple shown at the end of the performance was King Willem Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands. Also in attendance that evening was Mark Rutte the Prime Minister at the time. I think your score of 7.5 was far too low. You are, of course, entitled to your opinion. 9.5 was my score. I loved everything about this performance. For Emma, it marked her ascendance to the status of National Treasure in the Netherlands. She has become the 'go to girl' for these kinds of national events in her country. That is no small thing. All the best.
Thanks for the context! It sounds like an incredible performance, especially given the significance of the occasion and the presence of notable figures. I appreciate your enthusiasm for Emma’s talent and her rise as a national treasure-it's always inspiring to see artists make such a meaningful impact!
