I noticed that this phone has some tiny scratches at 5:52 outside of the lowest camera, and at 7:45, there is a small space that the Samsung service center in Thailand calls it "for absorbing shock when dropped." This issue leads to dirt accumulation under the screen for many buyers in Thailand. However, the service center in Thailand denies replacement even for a defective product. I am confident that service centers in other countries will provide a replacement for you. Thank you for sharing your unboxing experience.

Got my Titanium Grey 2 days ago, swapped from a Note 10+. Samsung high end devices are simply the best for me, the S-Pen is a must have feature for me! Clear case was the choice for me, the design is too beautiful to cover!
s24 ultra is even better than the iphone 15 pro max, believe it or not this year samsung has more sales than iphone even, numbers dont lie. however many teenagers prefer iphone you know....for show off. but realistically, quality wise, camera, samsung s24 is much better.

I disagree. I think curved screens are the best. Even as an artist who draws more on my phone than on my dedicated drawing tablet. I never had issues with curved screens and they look stunning. To each their own, of course. We all like different things.
