- In Donkey Kong Country 2, there are 47 levels that require accurate and deliberate platforming. So, of course in the face of these long jumps and difficult sections, I decided to take it easy and stroll my way to the finish line. And it really sucked.

Just wanted to say again how impressive the quality of your content is. Looking back on your earlier videos, your humor was already on point even back then. That's not to say that you haven't improved since, don't get me wrong. But compared to how many other youtubers started out, holy shit. It just feels like all you needed was a better mic / recording setup, but in terms of editing and writing you already started with a quality that would take others years to reach. This may sound cheesy, but I'm excited to see where your journey takes you, and I look forward to the day where I can say "I watched Seer before it was cool / everyone did it." Honestly man, you deserve it.

I do have to wonder how well that would work, since the game is very particular about how it spawns things at the screen border even more so than Super Metroid. But who knows

Hey mate love your videos, especially your ARPG series.
Can you recommend an ARPG that I can just pick up and play? I put 70hrs into POE and hated it, especially the inventory system and plethora of other things. enjoyed d4 as a casual player until about level 85 or 90 but got pretty tired of it.
My platforms are ps5 and switch, thank you in advance!
Hey, I'm really glad you enjoy my stuff! It always makes my day to hear that. I have a few recommendations, depending on what you want atm. I'm not positive all of these games are on ps5 or switch, but I hope they are lol.
Torchlight 2 is a simple and fun ARPG with cool drops, fun action, and I feel like is good if you're just wanting a bit of traditional gameplay. Diablo 3 is also good for this kind of thing, but if you're feeling burnt out of d4, maybe not d3.
Diablo 2 is always great, maybe get d2r and just blast. Always sounds good to me at least lol. It could possibly be the greatest ARPG ever made.
I don't know if Last Epoch is on console, but that game is a lot of fun. Lots of depth and very interesting build choices. I'm excited to replay it when I get some time.
These would be my arpg choices off the top of my head. All fun, little to no downtime or messing around. If you want a random recommendation that's sort of like an ARPG, but a lot more depth and slower paced, maybe try Divinity: Original Sin 2. That game is a lot of fun, and really good to chill out with. Hope this helps!

@@seer6251 just saw on both Ps5 and switch there's a prime evil edition sale. Diablo 2 resurrected with diablo 3 eternal collection (both dlcs) in a bundle for only 20 euroes.
Usually diablo 3 eternal collection is 60euroes by itself and diablo 2 resurrected is usually 40 euroes by itself so both for 20 bucks is an absolute steal

Slime Climb and Toxic Tower are gonna be massive challenge for this run, that was my first thought as you need to get up there afap.

I feel it’s worth noting that you don’t need to complete all the bonus levels to get to the lost world if any of you think that invalidates the challenges. There’s a secret in the first level that, if you do the correct series of actions, will give you enough kremkoins to unlock all the hidden levels.
For Gangplank Galley, if you'd rather not use the Warp Barrel, there should be another way to do it with Tag Jumping; on v1.0, you can jump in midair as soon as you grab the other Kong back, so throw them up ward, then pull a frame-perfect jump, this can be done infinitely. Could be annoying to pull off, but that trick did saved my hide when I tried collecting the Letter O in Parrot Chute Panic, that is when 102% it at the same time. Maybe Ghostly Grove would benefit from the trick too, but that's a maybe.
The wrong warp/hold glitch only works on the 1.0 NA version of DKC2, Nintendo discovered it after initial release and subsequent NA releases and releases in other regions don't have this glitch.
I am 1000% sure you have enough chromosomes to beat this challenge. Now lemme watch to see how correct I am

Did you try jumping over the four bees in Screech's Sprint? I'm not skilled enough to try but I wonder if you could make a perfect jump to the middle and frame perfectly jump again over the last two.
I use to play DKC 3 in an emulator back when i was 3. I compleated the first and second world walking because i didnt know that yiu can run. Also it seems that the buttons on the keyboard are too far to comfortably hold the button down. I also compleated half of the mekanos world with the help of my dad since i cant get passed the tear away toboggan stage. But i officially got stuck with the saw stage because you HAVE to run.
Also, i would like to point out that flying should not count for running. Otherwise you would might as well not pick anything up as you use the run button. Attacking with your hair or doing the cartwheel or flying isnt running. Would like to see yiu try again by using those atacks.
Pretty sure you can clear everything by just chaining Team Up Jumps, but doing them consistently for large gaps seems pretty bad.
Please do this for DKC3 as well. Should be extra interesting and probably easier considering Kiddie throws Dixie like a monster.

You really remind me of the Angry Video Game Nerd mainly because of that bleeding thumb what the fuck ever move you mentioned multiple times so yeah you are now "the Angry Challenge Runner Nerd" cause I said so but yeah some of the times where you cannot get through a part without running is so damn painful and I can't imagine the rage you felt during that shit

i would have liked you to try kerozene even though hes on the gameboy advance version. i used to do this kind of challenge when i was a kid, except i would allow the hair twirl as long as you start stationary. and i would allow the air cartwheel jump forr diddy. i knew about screech's sprint too. i wish there was a way to get past the 4 bees.

You can actually disable the numbers at the bottom of the screen of the emulator. Just put in the name of the emu and write "how to disable numbers in bottom of screen" I remember seeing how to on a forum

Seer, I think you would really like the game “halls of torment”. It is a horde survival game heavily inspired by diablo and using pre-rendered graphics. It’s been a lot of fun so far, thought of you when I started playing it
