The amount of dedication to put together something of this calibre in under an hour is proof of two things She is god She is dog Idk where I'm going with this
This is too fucking cute. These silly girls. Regardless of how much is just a character or is the real person, this is just.. I love these girls so much.
On first impression it may sound like she just randomly made up the notes as she went, but on closer thought, it is a work of genius. The use of diminished fourths and augmented sixths, along with the pentatonic minor absolute scale in F# was truly amazing, and really conveyed feelings of discomfort and relaxation. Also I have no idea what I'm talking about.
@@usakenvi I listened to it a few times, and it sounds like she is approximately running around on the blues scale in two voices that randomly clash with each other all the time and especially emphasizing the #4, and all of the resolutions are just long fifths. It all gives it sort of a weird Japanese folk music vibe.
@@Colopty I'm pretty sure Adam Neely could talk circles around all of us with some deep music theory perfect pitch explanation. To me it just sounds like a drunk puppy trying to howl along to the opening sequence to 1995's Ghost in the Shell movie lmao.
@@penttikoivuniemi2146 i was gonna say, it had a very familiar tone to it, like buddhist priest chants or something, like an intentional use of semitones to create dissonance without it being discordant. I am also making half of this up as I go.
It was like an eerie introduction to a final boss revealing himself, telling his goals and motivation to the protagonist just before the final battle starts
This is the scene in a retro ninja movie, where someone is lost in a foggy forest, and some sinister yokai woman is materializing. Like Jubei's mother in Onimusha 2.
Fun fact: Korone is currently playing MOTHER 2, and has followed up at least one gameplay stream with singing Pollyanna from the MOTHER vocal soundtrack. The 2004 version of that soundtrack has another song called "Smiles and Tears" that's mostly in Japanese, but has a single line in English near the end... "I miss you." I don't think this is a coincidence.
Her song at first sounded somewhat like those japanese child songs, like toryanse, kagome, etc, etc. I loved it, you could make a cult out of it And really... Korone is too good for this world, and seeing how happy Okayu was acting is beautiful, they have a really nice friendship. That said, I need more OkaKoro moments
Really loved the part where Korone rapped, sasuga rap doggo, others would find the song creepy but us, OkaKoro shippers would always think it's teetee!!!
Korone's Happy Birthday song theme: C.H.A.O.S. If it were not specifically made for Okayu I wouldve shared it with my brother who just had his birthday,
Yes now that's what I was searching yesterday!!! 0:20 Ahh yes the Okayu's summon ritual (I love that Korone goes for that kind of music style...she has a...peculiar taste) Now that I saw the full lyrics of the song it sound...very yandere, she's determined to everything as long as she's the number 1 of Okayu (although it already is)
She had an "a" sound held at the end of a word there that sounded perfect for that old style of singing that anime sometimes tend to drag back; the biggest example I can recall being in the Ghost in the Shell series.
Okayu i think might be a little jealous of korone. I dunno, korone is literally a God tier doggo who very clearly and genuinely puts so much of herself into okayu but sometimes it feels like okayu subconsciously minimizes some of her effort sometimes and kind of takes it for granted at other times. Kinda feels like there might be an insecurity there in okayu. Anyone else get this vibe?
not really sure about what you're pertaining to but the vibe i get is that she minimizes them for the viewers because she'd rather do them in private. Okayu already repeatedly said on stream that she's grateful for korone and on stream moments is just a fraction of their moments together
If your lover makes a cultist song for you as a gift on your birthday , she's a keeper that's for damn sure.
This comment made me laugh so hard not because it’s funny but because it’s true

Yeah, she keeps YOU! hahaha
thats like in the church of korone where every altars have statue of *okayu.*
I can see Okayu posing like the mother of (dog)god
Top 10 Wonders of The World
*Saint Okayu

not just altars even the stained glass has and image of okayu and even the ceiling has a paintings of okayu hahahahahha
Others that heard Korone's song to Okayu: _*Finds it creepy_
Every OkaKoro shippers: *TEETEE!!!*
てぇてぇ!!
It's te te but creepy 😭
She legit started a cult for Okayu lol
Wait, are you implying there are people that _don't_ ship OkaKoro? And they are still alive? Guys, we failed miserably!
@@forn8473 Nah they are not people so it's fine.
Korone will go full yandere if she is not the number 1 in Okayu's life
Yep , no doubt
lol Korone got into yandere mode when Okayu mentioned about Aqua, Subaru, and others during her 3D birthday stream
okayus mentioned shes actually the clingy one, and korone mostly plays that side of herself up for jokes on stream
Yes that's what I was thinking!!! (even though she already is)
@@fortidogi8620 perfectly balanced, as all things should be
"I liked the part when she went Okayu Okayu."
_Definitely yes, I couldn't agree more with that._
Give me a girl that loves me a tenth as much as Korone loves Okayu and I'll be a happy man.
Best boi. ❤️
_The song was actually about Korone being heartbroken inside whenever Okayu's harem expands..._
*Pain doggo...*
OkaKoro is and will always be the best ship.

Idk where I'm going with this
God is just a dog looking in the mirror.
@@forn8473 that's why I love both so much

Every time I hear her sing that my mind thinks of the Halo opening theme and now I need Korone to sing the halo opening.
yo as someone that majored in music composition???? this is really impressive??? and WELL MADE. what a talented dog.
Korone, the greatest waifu Okayu could ask for. Truly the greatest doggo of all time.
Let's just take a moment to appreciate this person translating these clips for us
This song has no harmonical sense whatsoever and i love it

Came back because of 2023 clip of Korone singing Okayu's name for unrelated reasons.
Still no one can defeat their wholesomeness
Okakoro vid in the morning 👌 mah day is complete now👀
I’m getting heart-broken vibes from this.
*WHOLESOMENESS OVERLOAD* 😭😍
Lol korone really seems like a cute puppy overly excited to show her new trick
if ur girl dont make u a song like this on ur birthday, she aint the one

Never seen this kind of present in my entire life lmfao . I was surprised lol

Nice connection made there bro. I'm pretty sure you are right on the money
That's actually really sweet.
Is nobody pointing out the absolutely incredible birthday cake hat? I love how she has to pan the camera upwards to get all of it into view.
As I remember it, it was a birthday gift to korone-chan from her artist
Ah! Okayu is so lucky for having Korone's unconditional love! I'm happy for her though, they're so lovely, so cute!
🙏🙏🙏 Okayu 🙏🙏🙏
Safe to say that as long as these two exist, my depression is non-existant
Maybe, just maybe...this timeline isn't so bad afterall.
Wow .. didn’t expect such an atonal, avant-garde piece. Some where between terrifying, hilarious and heartwarming 😂👌👏
Of course the Cult of Okayu has Korone as the leader and song writer
0:56 My dumbass mind legit thought she was going to transition into the Halo theme lmao.
That would've been epic
Always down for more okakoro TEETEE
Koro-san, more excited to talk about the making off than the congratulate Okayu XD
But this is also something Okayu loves about her.
How has she made a birthday song sound like a song a cult would listen to whilst making sacrifices?
ill add it to my playlist
omg, korone's taste are always awesome
Aww that's so sweet 🥰
LMFAO Korone's song gives off つ ◕_◕ ༽つ AMENO つ ◕_◕ ༽つ vibe so much
Okayu 🙏
Last year she made a song, this year she did it again
Okakoro Tee Tee
That song will haunt me for the rest of my days...
Her song at first sounded somewhat like those japanese child songs, like toryanse, kagome, etc, etc. I loved it, you could make a cult out of it
And really... Korone is too good for this world, and seeing how happy Okayu was acting is beautiful, they have a really nice friendship. That said, I need more OkaKoro moments
Best birthday song ever. PERIODT
I just realized she lit severed fingers on fire and put it on a cake
Yet somehow she makes it cute as heck
She really stepped it up from last year
After hearing this song I would like too see Korone trying to sing Bohemian Rhapsody.
Korone sense in music never ceases to amuse me...
Really loved the part where Korone rapped, sasuga rap doggo, others would find the song creepy but us, OkaKoro shippers would always think it's teetee!!!
Admit it, your mouth started grinning even before starting this video :3
Okakoro *TEETEE*
Nice and wholesome...
This is the most haunted and/or cursed birthday song I've ever heard, Korone is on some experimental music trip
_DEMO¡! tss, tss, tss, tss...~_
Them simps be clapping during Koro-chi's stream but I was laughing my lungs out and nearly died especially at the rap and english part.
Korone's song is the song you would like to sing it at the church
God I wish I had a friend like Korone 😭
Its creepy and cute at the same time...
Koro is so creative
Most people will get embarrassed talking about their gift but Korone...
Korone didn’t just make a song, she made an Okayist hymn
okayu 🙏
Korone's Happy Birthday song theme: C.H.A.O.S.
If it were not specifically made for Okayu I wouldve shared it with my brother who just had his birthday,
It got some Akira ending vibes. I like it.
I know that Korone will win in the end. Her effort will pay.
Me: What key is that song in?
Korone: Yes
It was like a song out of Ghost in the Shell.

Jacob Collier's been real quiet since this came out.
Korone sold herself to the devil haha. Okayu, you lucky cat. :3

Would you like to join this covenant?
(This will abandon your current covenant)

Looks like the translator also got brainwashed by Okayu's new mogu mogu intro too. (not really new, it's been here for awhile but it's relatively new)
This is kinda spooky 😂😂
I will never have Korone make a birthday chant for me :(
The doggo want to be praised more from the Catto.. get the clue okayuu!!
When u downloaded the wrong birthday song
I liked her 2020 gift more, but this one was really funny and great nonetheless.
That song gave me big time Plainchant vibes.
That song sounded like it came from Earth Girl Arjuna...
Okayu had her own original song while Korone got a special bday song for Okayu Lol
Ameno
why does the birthday song remind me of Ameno so much
okakoro
I wanna have what OkaKoro and TakaMori has
She had an "a" sound held at the end of a word there that sounded perfect for that old style of singing that anime sometimes tend to drag back; the biggest example I can recall being in the Ghost in the Shell series.
Why does the song gives me Evangelion Third Impact vibes lmao.
sounds like a cult ritual song
Sounds like Ghost in the Shell (1995)
That song sounds like BOGURODZICA.
I mean we should start building Doggo (God) churches now
has it really been 11 months? i wonder what she will do this year

I don't know if I'm thinking of the right thing or not, but isn't the tune of Korone's song part of the Ar Tonelico OST?
Goddamn, zero dislikes??
Imagine Okayu's future boyfriend dumps her, what will Korone do to him
