- Parliament has confirmed that the MK Party has written to National Assembly Speaker, Thoko Didiza, indicating its decision to remove some of its MPs in the National Assembly.
Parliament's spokesperson Moloto Mothapo says the Speaker is considering MK's letter and a decision will be made in due course.
This, as MK Party Spokesperson Nhlamulo Ndhlela confirmed the expulsion of 18 of its MPs, 12 of whom had already been sworn in.
