Hey I’m 16 almost 17 years old and I’m located in Raleigh, North Carolina. I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and there’s been so much great info shared for free. Was wondering the best way to get involved into commercial real estate brokerage in the next 2-3 years.

Hey Isaiah! I would say the best thing you can do is find a mentor that's willing to help you learn. We offer a mentorship/education community on skool. Once you're ready, you can just sign up! www.skool.com/jlmagentacademy/about

Is your firm JLM only based in CA? I’d be interested in joining but I’m located in the Portland, Oregon market

@@submit1990 we plan on opening offices all through the country. If things work out, you could start remote, I’ll train you directly, and then if volume picks up, I’ll recruit and build an office around you. I would make an equity partner in the office as well for being the first one in Portland market
