When Kong grabbed Suko and used him as a weapon to whack the other Kongs I laughed so hard 😂
Lets be honest, there is no way the little guy should have survived the first hit let alone made it through all of that being used as a weapon by KONG and come out the other side uninjured. That was the point when the movie told you that they weren't even TRYING to take this one seriously like they pretended to with the other two.

I lost a lot of respect for this movie when the humans on the beach looked like ants with Skar King breathing down on them. The size scaling was WAY OFF. The humans would have been like baby mice compared to him, not ants. His entire body was only about 300 feet tall from foot to the top of his head yet somehow his head was as wide as the beach? Ridiculous. He was 1000 feet tall in that scene.
These movies are terrible at being consistent with size. In the 2014 movie its in real life more than Godzilla's height just to get from the water to the freeway on the Golden Gate Bridge and his feet were on the ocean floor and his head was near the top of the bridge.
The script writers keep changing their minds between them being 300 or 350 feet tall and over 1000 feet tall.
One word... PERSPECTIVE. The angle in which the screen was faced made skar king look massive and powerful compared to the puny humans
@@Z1LLAGUY They overdid it though. His body was too big a percentage of the size of the beach for only being about 300 feet tall. Hell, what percentage of your height is your head? I am five foot 8 and my head is only a small percentage of that (I have not done exact measure). His head would be much smaller than the full body of a blue whale and still the humans look like ants compared to his head.

Watched this right after watching Godzilla minus one (the Japanese one that came out almost 4 months before which was set in WW2 period).
That one had lot more story development & felt satisfying. This feels like just a corporate giants' product (a predictable concoction of elements that they think people will like). I believe even the director of this godzilla movie stated that he wants the director of the Japanese version take charge of the sequel to this (if there is one).

This really is written like a Cartoon. I mean, it aint bad, but it aint serious. And I dont mean serious like, not realistic, but more like really written badly for a movie of this type. "Oh yes, I specifically designed a super mechanic right arm for Kong just in case. Yes, just the right arm"
Can't lie. The movie looks good and fun ,but comparing to Godzilla 2014 it feels less realistic and more like "fast and furious". It's isn't really serious.
The movie just doesn't have that dark serious setting 2014 had. Also: them fighting in the city, going to the underworld in which there are other Kong's, some magical powers, teleporters and what not is just too unrealistic.

She can read lips, if I recall. The actress is genuinely deaf and mute, so she had to learn to read lips since not everyone can speak in sign language.

2nd mothra is actually immortal, since everyone is weirded how she came back if she was killed in kotm
