crazy how she was only 20 years old here. Such a young mom, with so much pressure being wife and mom to future Kings.
I think being a mum to future kings was no problem for Princess Diana at all. Being the cheated wife of (hope not future king) made her bonkers.

Or..you can wear a fake baby bump for the equivalent of 18 mos(2 kids), have the press photograph different sizes of that bump being worn in the SAME day & pretend to "give birth," lie to the media about when your kid was born, then, present a "reborn doll" to the public, name your second child after the Queen of England, then present photos to the media of other people's children when asked for pics of your kids.😉(lol)!!

It’s amazing looking back how there were no secure baby car seats in the 80’s. I had a daughter of 14 months at this time and I look back at how at 5 years old she used to just sit on the back seat of the car, no booster seats or seatbelts, and 20 years later she took her 3 day old daughter home from hospital in a nice secure baby seat! It’s horrific to think of how many children must have been killed when they were thrown through the windscreen in a RTA. Thank God for progress! 🙏🙏🙏

There is such a difference in Charles demeanor when Harry was born vs William. Charles was happy, smiling, enjoying it all but with harry he was quiet and subdued.

Since he wanted a daughter so badly, had he been making love to his WIFE and making her feel wanted, even if he still discreetly, (and I don't condone adultery, but he was apparently obsessed) kept seeing Camilla, they may have had several MORE children, including a DAUGHTER. Sad.

His heart and willy were firmly Camilla's and had been since day one. Ya know, most royals of the old days (I'm talking Henry the VIII here) would've been jumping for joy for TWO sons. Henry struggled to get even ONE son and that son died in his teenage years. Charles could've continued having children with Diana and might have had a girl, but he just couldn't keep his pants up in regards to Camilla. He also made rather insensitive comments about the BABY right after he was born. Diana knew Harry was a boy, but didn't dare tell Charles. That tells you how much she felt wanted by him. After Harry's birth, she told people something inside her "died" and the marriage was never intimate in that way again. Hmm.....wonder how that translates to feeling wanted and desirable?

wow this is interesting -- all these royals travelling in such ordinary, even dumpy looking, cars. Its so interesting to see Diana's mother -- to think that this is what Diana might have looked like if she had lived -- its interesting how everyone looks so much younger than they do now. And back in 1982 the Queen Mother was age 82, which is younger than Queen Elizabeth is right now. And to think I remember this time -- I was age 14 back then. It seems so recent, yet it seems so long ago.

My nephew was born in august 1982 and I remeber holding him on my lap in front seat of my grandmother's car on the way home..his mom was in back. Hehe.
Most cars didn't have rear seat belts back then. Baby seats.... what we're they? Used to be held or in moses basket. When toddlers all jumped in there was no law about booster seats. Remember our cars being full of family.
