No!! why are people shipping them?!? did they forget how dani in the future raises grace as one of her daughters. in the scene where grace is helped by dani grace clearly explains how she took her in and raised her it could be as a mother or ab older sister and maybe even a god mother because dani is this much older woman to grace looks up to that helps and raises her so it would be weird to want to ship them. people always try to ‘ship’ characters ignoring their traits and backstories.
True but at the same time when grace travel time when dani was younger so it means theres not that much difference in age. Grace may see her as the woman who saved and raised her. But for dani, grace is a total stranger hence the shipping. And also the look and the way she (dani) looks at grace damn she may feel smthg. But at the end when dani see grace in the park when she is still a child and when she saved grace she may hacve like bottle up her feelings (that even herself its unknown to her) and decided to act as her surogate mother cause in the end their fate is more than what they feel for each other. Their survival depends on each other. Plus Grace is seeing a side of dani she never knew in her timeline. They both saw each other at a vulnerable state but at different times
