1. Yes this could have been the last episode, At the time of filming the studio had not green-lit season 5 yet 2. Yes a monster. Poison boy, neighbour lady in line of fire, blow up nursing home 3. Jesse was right 4. Gilligan says Walt put the poison in a juice box and went to Brocks school in the morning and slipped it into the boys bag. Waly is a teacher
Thank you so much to post these 2 last episodes together. What a treat! The scene where Gus comes out of the explosion adjusting his tie is so amazing.
15:11 As you'll soon realize, season 5 is where the show truly lives up to it's title...although the end of this season was a solid precursor, cause that was diabolical super villain sh*t.
The song playing as Gus walks toward his death is called 'Goodbye' by Apparat, from the album 'The Devil's Walk'. I thought you’d enjoy knowing that - and maybe even get a kick out of it.
I always get chills when the music is playing as Gus is walking to the nursing home. And his final speech to Hector, and Hector staring him in the eyes as he killed them. Ive seen it at least a dozen times and still get chills. Awesome reaction excited for season 5.
This one was a roller coaster. You knew Gus was getting blown up but the explosion was way more violent than expected... the Gus walks out adjusting his tie.... then the camera pans around
18:27 the spinning gun and the ‘bullets/no bullets’ scene from S0412. When it stopped on the LotV it gave him the poison idea. Just makes me wonder if the bullets in the gun on that spin was a hint.
While Walt poisoning Brock is despicable, it's also worth to note that situation between Gus and Walt reached the boiling point. Walt interfered by letting DEA know through Saul that Hank's in danger. At that point it was all or nothing. Basically live or die. In those situations people may go overboard. Walt saw poisoning Brock as the only chance to get Jesse on his side. And still it was a huge gamble overall, it wasn't certain it will pay off. Anyway, I'm not defending Walt's actions, but it's all complicated and, as I said, people will do crazy stuff to stay alive
Ahhhh!! The one I've been anxiously awaiting to see you with! Kaboom! 😂 13:17 💥😯😵💫 🤣👏👏👏 Btw, love what you said about it ending here. I would love for this to have been the ending.
I think Gus's biggest mistake was not sending anyone to check if there was something actually wrong with the car. Hell he could've sent Jesse :0. But even if he sent one of his men, Walt would be caught by them finding the bomb, or the obvious explosion killing his guy lol
Some reactors get so upset over Walter's evilness. But IMO Walter IS a bad ass character and I can also see the evilness, but on the other hand.... its fiction, its not a real person doing real deeds. So its fun to root for the bad guy just to see what crazy antics he's up to. But for some people, the hatred for Walt is so deep they're blinded and they forget that 'its only a character".
hank isnt good though. hes a racist, dirty cop. no one in the show is innocent, except holly. hence the name breaking bad. theyve all done horrible things.
@prettymuchbangtan Hank isn't breaking bad and to imply theres any similarity between Hank and Walts arc in that aspect is ridiculous. And Hank isnt a dirty cop because a dirty cop is a corrupt cop, which Hank isn't because he doesn't break the law in duty, he bends the law. That makes him a do*shbag cop not a dirty cop. And he has told us what type of cop he strives to be in his private moments with Marie. Lol racist? Saying inappropriate racial jokes at your friend who does it back doesn't make you a racist person, if he was a "racist" he wouldn't be partners and best friends with a non-white guy. You're reading these nonexistent character traits into the character and its real cringe
Im not saying this because of you in particular because you caught it like 2 seconds later, but it always confuses me how many reactors think their doing one last cook. Its like they have no sense of urgency. Like actively there is an identifiable body of gus at a crime scene The cops identify gus, a major rich businessman dead in an apparent explosion with no explanation leading to the immediate understanding that it was a bomb as no gas leak + it happened in the middle of the room. Then immediately getting passed onto the FBI + homeland security. Which leads to them combing through his other properties in a formal investigation in which this property (the laundry matt) is one of them which includes walt and jessies finger prints + video recording of their activities. Also them getting rid of the evidence can only happen not just today but RIGHT now. There are probably entire police depts dispatched to that location for an EXPLOSION. Which means that to cause an explosion/fire at the laundry the distraction of the explosion is the only thing that lets them get away with this. I get its a lot to type out but I don't see how people don't understand how close the law is to catching them both.
Good observation. I think a lot of the problem is that reactors get caught up in what I call "plot predicting" and this channel has been really great because she doesn't do much plot predictions. The "Are they going to do one more cook" is quite a common plot prediction for this episode. I was surprised by how much she was guessing ahead of the plot instead of just watching and letting the story unfold. Evie is usually quiet and reserved in most of her reactions and thats the kind of style I like to watch, but she was a Chatty Cathy in this episode. She was also talking a lot more than usual in this episode and I was bummed out a little when she was talking over dialog(I was afraid she was going to talk over the "I won" line as so many reactors do). But overall, this channel is really really good and she rarely misunderstands the plot lines and she rarely does plot predictions and she rarely talks over important dialog. But perhaps she was talking and predicting too much here and that leads to head-scratching statements like "are they going to do one more cook?". This "is he going to do one more cook?" confusion is often uttered in this episode but its also said by a lot of reactors in a future episode that I won't talk about in case of spoilers, but maybe you know the scene Im referring too. Anyways... you had good comment and I hope my reply made sense, ha.
No enough people give Walt credit for his genius, he’s literally the definition of an ‘evil genius’ but people only talk about the ‘evil’ part

the way reactors always sit there with an open mouth at the last scene hahah i fucking love it
Thank you so much to post these 2 last episodes together. What a treat! The scene where Gus comes out of the explosion adjusting his tie is so amazing.
And so surprisingly unrealistic lol

The reason Gus doesn’t get in his car is cuz of Jesse saying Brock was poisoned. Gus knew Walter was setting something up at that point.

The realization at the end is always wonderful to watch! Great reaction!
Spot on about Walt being a narcissist. He’s such a fascinating character.
They telegraphed the bomb thing pretty far out. Still, it was so damned satisfying!
IMO the best episode of the whole series.
Nope, "an episode" in season 5 imo is the best of the whole series.

@@manvirshergill1739 What, the finale? I know everyone loved it, but I didn't too much. No spoilers.

Two episodes in one day! 🫣
Walt and Gus have been playing a game of chess since they first met. Walt is willing to use his neighbor and even children just to win.
This one was a roller coaster. You knew Gus was getting blown up but the explosion was way more violent than expected... the Gus walks out adjusting his tie.... then the camera pans around
I remember one of my cousins brought lilies of the valley home. It smells sweet but gave everyone a headache.

"Ding! Ding!" 6:27 Hilarious!
Thanks for posting 2 episode reactions again. Have a good day, peace.
Yes, Walt poisoned the kid, to manipulate Jessie. Straightening the tie before dying is so very much Gus.
R.I.P
The long awaited reaction

Hi Tony
Conveniently Mike was still in Mexico.

You look great with your hair like that. Those bangs are perfect, and shape your face wonderfully. 🥂

Yes, Mike is out of a job, and will be pissed at Walter. Gale and W.W. will come back and destroy everything.

You said you’ll definitely be watching Better Call Saul. What about El Camino? I’m assuming you will be, but just wanted to ask!
Why does everyone think season 4 can be the end? Walt hasn’t even become a kingpin yet so without season 5 this show would suck imo😂😂😂
Im not saying this because of you in particular because you caught it like 2 seconds later, but it always confuses me how many reactors think their doing one last cook. Its like they have no sense of urgency.

More like "Casa Explosa"...
He is a "Monster"
yeah, you almost got it, he is the "Devil"👹
Walter is a great man...and the kid is fine
