after 10 year i still waiting fro season 2. positive news is Bow Ditama the writer of the manga on 5 march 2020 added 10 pages to the manga so after 10 years maybe there's a little chance for season 2

This is without a doubt my favorite anime. I remember getting bullied at school for everything from my interests to my looks, to my uncontrollable body odor. I would cry for hours at a time and never want to leave the bed. When I stumbled upon this show, one rainy Tuesday afternoon after having my gym clothes stolen and having had a wedgie so bad my underwear ripped and was stolen from me and hung on my locker where my crush saw it. On that fateful Wednesday, I looked on my anime list and saw a suggestion for Kiss X Sis. I was skeptical at first but glad I checked it out. I remember sitting on my google meet and zoom call for online school which was occurring because of the ebola outbreak. For the longest time, my heart was empty because I finished the Love is War OVA, and I could no longer see Chitanda anymore, but then I watched this show. I quickly fostered a love for Ako and Riko, surpassing my love for my mother. I watched the show and my heart sank as I finished it, I cried for several minutes after watching the ending. It was an escape from the bullying, hardships, and lack of food I endured in my daily suffering of homeschooling. Then when I went back to school in person on that Thursday I was bullied for bringing to school my Riko dakimakura. My classmates stole it from my hands, ripped it to pieces, and stole my underwear, AGAIN!! I was distraught, thinking I could be no lower, my crush approached me from across the room. She held out her hand for me and consoled me. At this point, I was crying so bad my shirt was wet. She took me to what I thought was an empty classroom to console me, instead, it was filled with her friends in which they all held eggs. They proceeded to through them at me, those omelets they threw were as fresh as my tears. I lay down in that room sobbing as they walked out laughing at me. That Monday was the worst day of my life. Going home I rewatched the whole show and cried at every episode. I even asked out my sister who rejected me. She then moved away never to be seen by me again. Today is now Tuesday and I don't have any friends because I've been homeschooled all my life. My parents soon found my love tissues for Ako and Riko and my hentai drawings of them. I was bullied for these too. My only consolation is the last corner of my Riko dakimakura I've managed to salvage. Keep fighting soldiers and don't ever let your parents take away your dakimakura.

@@theunicornbay4286 Thank you for the kind words it means a lot! Unfortunately as of recent, my situation has gotten exponentially worse. After embezzling over $2,000 from my family business I spent all of it on dakimakuras and anime figures, including the jars of course. After my hidden collection was found my family disowned me. I have been living in the garage of an elderly woman's house with dementia for the past several months eating out of her garbage to stay satiated. Life isn't always easy, but a day hasn't gone by without me looking at my Ako & Riko screen saver, they will always remind me who I'm fighting for.
Man I love that song.. funny story right I heard a girl humming it at school during recess and when we made eye contact I smiled and she smiles and I nodded she nodded and we burst out of laughter 😂😂😂😂😂

The story is technically non existent but the characters are funny and cute enough to make you love them. Especially Ako and Riko's cuteness. Not to mention the opening theme is catchy. So, yeah, watch it to have a good time.
The anime took out all the story, even the Keita x Teacher arc.

I was recommended this by a female friend of mine in 2nd year of middle school. I'm glad this is one of my childhood anime that too with Ayana Taketatsu voicing my favorite character Ako nee :)
