Pretty realistic how Roshani mispronounces words, because he is not fluent in Wenja language.
I like to interpret that last cutscene as Roshani thinking Takkar hasn’t come to trust him with a true place in the Wenja community only for Takkar to point out that he is still a leader, just of something that the Wenja understand little of and yet what he knows very well as an Izila: farming.
True. He wasn't upset or disappointed. His face was like "Huh. That actually doesn't sound so bad. This is an important position he's trusting me with."
Takkar did kick his, Dah, Ull and Batari's asses, so he's proven himself the superior military leader (on top of having Karoosh). But Roshani knows more about agriculture, language and more advanced concepts that the Wenja don't know about. Takkar just trusted Roshani with a vital non-military position he can earn respect in (without resorting to military conquest and expansionist oppression like the Izila and Udam). Plus, "command the fields" carries two meanings: "Teach us how to farm", AND "Protect the farms from attacks and other dangers.", so technically he's still military in a way.
Takkar is basically Stone Age Julius Caesar at this point. Why kill or antagonize a defeated foe when you can earn his respect and make him work for you and your people?
@@DeathMessenger1988"why have enemies, when you can have friends?"
Roshani was my favourite villain, his expressions are hilarious
Same
dah and roshani one time villain you can say. In the rest of the game they helped the wenja with upgrades and the bombs.
I love his facial expression when Takkar says "you will be the commander of the fields"
Yeah because back then the commander of the fields became king of the lands
@@mistermagoo8685 Feudalism!
He doesn't seem to hate the idea, he's the only one to know how crops work so he basically is the commander. I think in a way he'd take great pride in his these new people's need of him.
When takar destroys the bomb he's like oh hey friend
The reason Takkar is employing Roshani as a field commander is because the Izila are very skilled and have a lot of experience with growing food from wheat and and more seeds, because they have very advanced technology for 10,000 BCE and the 2 tribes besides the Izila have not prospered yet in technology, thus they have not discovered farming and the food source is all meat for them. Takkar feels that by employing Roshani, an Izila, who is skilled in agriculture, he can improve the Wenja technology and grow more and more food for the Wenja people.
Well they do forage for berries and wild veggies and other things like that. But that's all found in the wilds.
roshani must be the ancestor of sam becker from far cry 3 because of their face
No
Sam was badass
I always thought roshani was vaas ancestor
Don't see it
I love how he just pokes him with his cane at 3:15
That and the “I CANT NOT BREATH IN HERE” bro was a Karen before Karen’s existed
Did he just say “Oh hey” at the beginning of the video
“Oh hey.”
Translation: “Oh crap, uh, I didn’t expect you to block my attack like that....” 🤣
Pretty sure he said "áx néi!" ("oh no!"), then he went "méi klebdi!" ("Don't touch!") before speaking Wenja.
@@justin2308 Official translation would be "oh no" but I like this take on it a lot better. :D
@@Charjune actually, i think he just meant to say "Oh hëy" because in the Izila language there are also english words, for example, "pest" in Izila is "pësti"
I'm pretty sure he said "áu hey" for "go away". That would fit well with him continuing with "méi klebdi" for "don't touch".
i like how takkar took his last fire bomb
Good video man, you deserve a lot more subscribers
Thx for that bro it inspires me a lot

Fire bombs - The earliest forms of grenades.
I like Roshani and Izila in general while Udam are just cannaballistic monsters
Try living in the stone cold mountains with lots of fresh meat. So what that it's human?
That's a strange view when it's much more reasonable to think of Izila as "monsters" when they own slaves, think of themselves as far superior to others and have barbaric views about sick and old.
@@Rapora9 hm, don't think I picked up on that, what were their views on the sick and old?
@@an-animal-lover It is not very well known because you'll hear about those views mostly/only if you talk to Rushani when he's in the village. This is what he says:
"Jayma is old. Why does she live? You must kill the old Wenja."
"I see a woman speak to rotted ears. You must kill her. Protect your Wenja."
"I see a Wenja with one arm. Wuga? We Izila kill these creatures."
"Why do you save the Udam? It is better to let it drown. The beast feels no pain." (not about sick/old but about how they see others)
Of course this is all from Rushani only, but I don't see why (many/most) other Izila wouldn't have similar views. There's really nothing pointing to only Rushani being like this.
Compare him to Winja who are not bothered by old and wounded (as seen by their respect to Jayma, Sayla and Wuga), and to Udam who have a lot of sick people in their tribe and they're trying to treat them.
For real history, there's a lot of proof that sick and old were taken care of in prehistoric days. It's possible though that in some societies they'd see it more like Rushani.
The izila lived better than any other tribe. Yet they still burned and anihilated everything in their path. The Udam were trying to survive on the mountains,as they would be killed if they left by the izila and wenja, they ate human meat because otherwise they would all die.
1:22 to 1:37
Yeah
Why was he allowed to survive? Dammit i liked Dah more
Walk free, Dah😢
Dah would've lived too but he was too sick. Roshani was skilled and became loyal to the Wenja.
Not sure 😕
