How big is the sign?
You should try projecting the image onto the plywood with a projector. Drawing that out by scale takes forever and doesn’t look as good.

Did it by scale and it was fine...took 2 hours to draw...one person.

I used a sheet of 4x8 it ended up being about 3.5x6'
What was the thickness of the plywood?
