I was in a road rage incident years ago. And because of my stupidity, my actions as an aggressor, changed my life forever. i am now limited where I can be employed. The quality of my life suffered. Long story short, I ended up in divorce, my life was devastated. It's not just a simple macho man act, you need help.

No, that's not it at all. Raw justice & testosterone has been suppressed in modern day society, and it's not for the better. Things have just traded, and there's new ways to go about solving conflicts. Unfortunately, these new ways are often long, dragged out, costly in $$, and a beaurocratic mess that mankind's blood hasn't quite adopted to yet. Some of us still have that urge to cause physical harm to others who give us problems, and that's natural, but you just gotta be careful about where you do it and who you do it to. It works in "less developed" countries & neighborhoods, but that's dependent on the lack of outcry from the public & law enforcement. We have an abundance of privileged outcry from the public & law enforcement in the developed countries, so you just gotta hold your anger in, and be more calculating about how you deal with problems, just like our government does when they fight & punish us.

This was a bad day for BOTH men and the guy that merged into him was already at fault and did something STUPID and IS going to pay for it but sue him into oblivion? Turned an accident into a jail/prison sentence. He deserves all the bad shit that's coming to him.
That’s not a prison sentence. A simple assault or battery charge (if u don’t have priors) would result in dude getting arrested then bonded out and when he’s goes to court he will prolly b walking away with probation with maybe anger management or community service. I just got out of prison 3 months ago. A first time offender isn’t going to prison for punching someone..and barely touching them at that.

Avery actually sped up, not slowed down, to avoid letting the Prius in. You can tell from the lack of brake lights from the Prius and black car in front of him while Avery’s simultaneously closing the gap between himself and the black car, when he was initially going the same speed as the black car.
Dash cams are a necessity these days

Years ago someone I know was hit by another car in an intersection who had run the red. When the police showed up, the other driver said my friend had run the red. The Dashcam video from her car saved her from a point on her license and her insurance company raising her rates. I haven’t driven without one since.

More people need to press charges and MAYBE some people would stop acting like they own the world.
The issue are also the cops, I was in a similar situation and I contacted the police. I was informed I needed to speak to the detective on the case, I called and left a VM. They never attempted to contact me, and let the other dude get away with assault.

Prius driver was 100% wrong. But driver with camera could have avoided the entire accident with more braking and less horn blowing. Always use brakes before horn!
If the meteorologist had better defensive driving skills he could have avoided the accident and the road rage. That is a common occurrence to have someone trying to lane change into me and I've never been hit once. I don't even bother with the horn as I know it is my actions that will avoid the collision, not theirs.
