All of your videos are really useful fore me. I'm from Bujinkan, and I've been studying Ninjutsu for the last 7 years. Sometimes I use good stuff that you explain on your videos to help my train mates, or even to add some things to the Sensei's explanation. Thank you!

I love your channel! I trained in the Bujinkan for several years obtaining my 3rd kyu but there are no teacher's close to me now. So your channel is as close as i can get

You are a magnificent teacher. I practice taijutsu too. I have a couple buddies that are karate, wrestling (greco/roman style) and boxing. This art-science is a brilliant discipline. I give you my supreme thanks 🙏. There’s not one time that I have listened and watched your training and not learning anything. If I travel to 🇮🇱Israel I will have to check out your dojo!!👍😃peace.

is it safe to assume that all grappling techniques that you teach are intended to be used in conjunction with strikes to soften up opponents?

    channel moderator here, thanks
try to search youtube for: "Ninjutsu Underhook, How to do ganseki otoshi in sparring, advanced - technique for Akban wiki "
That's the closest, I think, to doing it without gi, even though in the clip my instructor shows it with gi.

I am now attempting to view one vidio a night if possible-I do not have a partner but picking up some techniques asists me in the teaching of self defense to groups of mostly ladies-the do not do formal throws but the unbalancing and some hand techniques help tremendously-sense their goal is to stun ,possibly cripple and get out they have to practise in close. Thanks this one was especially good for me.

I think a better source is the wiki, since it is organized by subjects.
      Here are two pages,
      1. The lessons and colloquiums - www.akban.org/wiki/Category:Ninjutsu_training_and_lessons_in_video
      2. Armlocks www.akban.org/wiki/Category:Kansetsu-waza_(%E9%96%A2%E7%AF%80%E6%8A%80):_joint_locks
There are many more cross sections that can be referenced.
Practice safely and keep on training, Sir

Not sure why this video popped up in my feed today. Interesting video except Kukishin ryugi is dakentaijutsu, they strike not grab and hold on for dear life. Your idea of using the skills for randori is admirable but the sparring itself isn't anything special or realistic. Why are you teaching underhooks when we do the same movement but without the cupping motion(bicep is relaxed not tensed)? The first version you showed using one hand to grip his jacket and switching grips was funny because the other guy just posed instead of hitting you with his guard that was up and in range. Seems like you are just trying to apply the ryugi to judo, but you ignore Kuki sabaki and don't demonstrate any knowledge or appreciation of striking. Okay, so you're doing no striking randori, is that an excuse to make basic taijutsu mistakes? Grabbing from a distance, leaning over, neglecting footwork, etc? Was this guy really a student of Navon Shihan? Hard to imagine.

Ninjitsu is very sneaky and is basically the ART of CAMOUFLAGE. The true ninja depends on secretely using throwing stars, poisonous darts etc.. To maintain yourself at a safe distance without being noticed and at all of a sudden you are attacked by surprise! I don't understand all of these judo lessons? Yes they are important but the other things mentioned are what a Ninja is. I don't see the weapons lessons?
