I've never tried Ploinking (because I knew it was kinda difficult to pull off) But the fact that this can send Rivulet flying makes you want to think they're a super hero.
As the rivulet you jump into the water perfectly upright and not spinning, and holding down diagonally the way you want to go and click jump when you hit the water I like to practice by falling off a pole above water
