Sorry for asking, i'm new, but how do i get the bonus and unlocking the second progression line for the event pass. I am on level 22 in event pass and tried to purchase the bonus but it wont let me and just a grey button. Do i have to get level 23 or higher to unlock the bonus?

Like where is a place to purchase the bonus?
They can, of course. To "unlock" the second line when you enter the "event pass progress line" in the bottom right corner you should have the option to "speed up-buy" the second line. When you click on this option, you will be given the option to buy another line for 2500 gold. That's how it should be. But I have a question for you. Did you get the battleship "IPIRANGA"? You're at level 22. Since the ship is on level 20 as well as this Event Pass.
