  • This washed coffee comes to us from our friends at Long Miles Coffee Project. For years, they’ve aided in the production at the Bukeye and Heza stations, and we are thrilled to have partnered with them on this Gaharo lot. Expect notes of plum, and heavy caramelized sugars throughout the drinking experience.

    With the rise in popularity of the 1zpresso K-series, maybe you could add a k-max setting on the grinders data

      I'd like that as well. I have a Comandante C40 and an older-model 1Zpresso, and actually prefer the grind speed and consistency of my 1Zpresso. But, I can never figure out the conversion needed for grind setting.

    @Elika, would you mind explaining the "popcorn rule" you refer to here? Love the name you gave it, and I know you talked about it briefly with your video with Bartholomew of Cxffee, but how are you not ending up with an underextracted or over-ratio'd cup? Esp if the recipe expects more water volume, shouldn't this need to be AT LEAST watered down? Would love to hear what's behind that, since I've tried it and sometimes it's great, but sometimes it's too strong. I've also watched your three-cup extraction, and it didn't help a ton.
