At least the main data are available at www.hec.usace.army.mil/software/hec-ras/download.aspx Click on " Download HEC-RAS 6.2 Example Projects (417 MB)". Once downloaded, look for the cartel "2D Unsteady Flow Hydraulics" --> "Muncie" --> "LandCover"

How did yo download the land cover data? Can we download the land cover data for different States?
yes you can. You can download it from usda website for different states and for different UTM zones.
