Thank you for wonderful information. Why Rera or any Govt authority is not taking ownership of selling property build by builder. This avoids buyers getting cheated for unknown reasons and also gives clear path for genuine buyers. Once apartments are ready by builder, let the authorised govt entity make the needed inspection and also BUY process should happened through government. Builder work is only to build the apartment as per norms and Govt should sell all those verified apartment through their own auction method and pay builder the profit margin .This will give a real boost for real estate and gives real confident for many buyers..
