Welcome to the Official Civil Emergency Defense Agency or CEDA's UA-cam Channel
--------
This Channel has been mainly created to document and digitally upload media found during our Extermination Project of The Green Flu Outbreak. Subscribe to get notifications when new media has been released! And don't forget we are dedicated to protect everybody's loved ones, all across the world.
--------
This channel is based off a fictional video game organization in the 2009 game "Left 4 Dead 2". This Channel has no association with Valve, this is strictly a fan made and ran channel. I've adapted some story beats from l4d2 and expanded it, also changed some and added onto concepts from the games.
I do not claim ownership of any of the music used in these videos. Proper credits and links to the original piece of music will be in the description.

This video managed to make me actually feel bad about killing zombies in l4d. Well done!
that’s cause they’re infected and not zombies
You’re putting em out of their misery.
Its mercy killing you should feel worst for the ones you dont kill
That was so freaking unreal. We all love our mothers and they always took care of us when we were sick. But imagine being so sick that you’re beyond saving.
And imagine being that guy‘s mother as well. Just coming by to bring a care package to her son before being brutally beaten to death by your own child, Who hours ago was just simply asking you to stop by.
I just realized, this is still majorly just L4D lore, but slightly tweaked/changed, and some fan made parts with it. It follows the L4D storyline, and I will say, I love this. (I got bored, and I just wanna do a check up on my knowledge on the L4D storyline, so please do correct me if I'm wrong). The parts about how they're still "humans" is a fact. CEDA dubbed it the "Green Flu" as to not start attention and make everyone panic. it's more like the rabies. Either way, it takes over the mind, and sparks the part of the brain that stimulates anger and such, eventually leaving a hull of a person. And they're still people in the lore. They're just sick. They still need water, they still need food, they still need rest. They are slowly decomposing in their already decomposed state. Thats why they're called "infected"; they're not dead, they're not anything, they're still human. Just sick. (This is a pretty vague and horrible explanation, but good enough)
The first game takes place 2 weeks after the initial infected. The second takes place 3 weeks after. And thats more than double the amount of special infected. The virus is always mutating. Its always changing. By the time CEDA issued posters with info, face masks, soap, etc., the virus had already been airborne. It spreads fast through plain contact(I.E. touch, exchange of fluid)and it being airborne and breathed in(Fun fact, breathing through your nose gives you less risk of sickness through inhaling because of the hairs/stuff inside your nose that blocks it out. That's what boogers and snot are. Boogers are crystalized snot, both are bacteria and such). People were shown to be erratic, show violent tendencies, shaking, and symptoms of the flu(A another reason they called it Green Flu).
It's true that Mercy's Hospital WAS one of, if not, THE first evacuation zone. Another way we're shown in the second game, being the Vannah Hotel(I think that was the name). And there are numerous quarantine zones. Not that we see or get to go though specifically, but it's implied, and you would quarantine infected people anyway, so, basic inference skills.
And I wonder if the military will ever start exucuting people like they did about 3 weeks into the infection? Hm... Anyway, the Stalker is actually a cut infected. My memory got hit by a sledgehammer and I can't remember what the concept art looks like or what it did, other than it "stalking" and likely be incorporated into the Hunter, and scraped. Also, side note, L4D1 does take place up north in Pennsylvania, Fairfield, ending at the Blood Harvest campaign at the Allegheny National Forest(Not counting the Sacrifice), the L4D1 crew escape with the military. They get transported to Millhaven Military Complex)Outpost Echo. Even though equiped to deal with more, bigher hordes, etc., the group manages to escape to end with the Sacrifice, where Bill sacrifices himself. while L4D2 takes place in the south, in Savvanah, Georgia, ending at a bridge, where they are labeled "carriers", and evaced to an unknown fate. Presumed execution or have been captured to be tested and experimented on.
I don't really know why I did, but whatever. Boom There ya go. I'm excited for where the series is headed. Especially since it seems Nick is working with/for CEDA? Since Rochelle is a reporter, I expect to see her documenting thr virus. I also expect to see Coach at the highschool when it starts getting attacked, or maybe it gets turned into a quarantine zone and goes on from there? I expect to see Ellis making his "99% zombie proof" truck as well. I expect to see Bill put into the hospital and see his escape. All of this would be cool, thank you very much for reading my random ramble.
Millhaven is not Outpost Echo, this base is located farther away
At least Richardo and his mom can rest in peace. Together.
The nightmares over for them.
Definitely rough around the edges with all the many typos, but overall it is a major improvement over the previous videos.
yall stay safe out there im from a heavily raining area and im hearing crying from my sugar farm
Well try comfort them 😊
Lucky you I'm stuck on top of a raised bridge
Some dumbasses nearby are setting off a concert. What morons.
Oh wait! Aw, hell naw, a chopper came to them? I'm sitting here with SOS on my roof, this is bull!
Don't look there bud its a fucking witch
MY HOTEL IS BURNING HELP THE HELICOPTERS LEFT WITHOUT ME
I really like Dr Kingsman, I hope he survives the fall of Fairfield.
Same here.
In Log 17, he was mentioned to encounter Livia "Harmony", I wonder if this encounter happened after his encounter with Ms. Ravaco? Or was it supposed to say Ms. Ravaco? Either way, those people in that building!
I remember watching a breakdown of the series a couple months ago and while I can't remember which episodes exactly inferred it, I think it is implied that Dr. Kingsman does not escape the outbreak and becomes a whisperer locked behind a door (specifically the dented door featured in the episode "Door") inside the Annex Finance quarantine zone. When Fairfield is cleared, I believe a hidden caption video states that he was captured after he lured and attacked members of a clearing unit and that he was the first case of an infected cooperating with CEDA and military personnel after capture, using speech to communicate.
I've been watching since the very first videos on this channel. I'm not a fan of VHS and I think that this genre is already oversaturated, but nevertheless there are great stories like this one.
And as an L4D fan, I've also always been interested in seeing a deep lore dedicated to this game. This is no longer a fun zombie shooting, but a real psychological horror about how infected people turned into uncontrollable aggressive killing machines in just a few days. And the government and the public do not even understand what kind of hell will happen in 2 weeks.
I really happy found out this channel and, as always, I wish you good luck in your work and more.
From what ive gathered so far it seems CEDA is still somewhat going, or atleast a similar organization, looks like Nick is working for it and is reviewing footage of the Pennsylvania incident and Savannah, as to where the rest of the crew is im so curious to learn

Después de empezar a seguir a este canal hace unos meses, estoy contento de poder decir que la calidad está por los cielos!
Oh my god! Hi! It’s been ages since I’ve checked in with this series! I absolutely love this episode! ❤️❤️
This is amazing man. So unreal and emotional. I love the SFM direction please keep making more!
I'm glad that Nick is a soldier now
The best part of this series for me is that it’s pretty close to base left 4 dead lore, it just takes it to the next step(with a bit more of a horror focus)
Seriously underrated work, please make more of them, they're perfect to tell the story of how the green flu mutated overtime and the start of the pendemic, cheers!!
Your work is amazing!
Best valve arg
This basically feels like Left 4 Dead with the worldbuilding and storytelling of The Last of Us and I love every second of it.
Damn i can't help but think about how all of this epilogue from the first game would be through this method
great series
i can't imagine the other special infected encounters..
especially the tank
Joder, amo cada ves esta serie, saludos desde Colombia :3
I look forward to your videos 👍
Getting that summer beach body ready~
Nick is like Chris Redfield
This would really do well in a full left 4 dead movie
Great stuff, but one problem
In the official L4D comic, it was only two days for the first infection, before lots of people in the zombie-like state. You can see by the backstories for the first group, especially Bill. One of his operators becoming infected mid-surgury, and lots of the infected roaming seen around the streets in Bill's & Francis's. You sure it took 4-6 days before all hell broke loose??
Good stuff aside from that. I didn't care about CEDA's POV, but you got me invested. Although it feels like there's a few tired out tropes of analog horror slipped in
Underrated
I hope we get to see a Tank in this series. Or maybe there's something worse...
lol I kinda hoped the scrapped Screamer
You should do like an April fools thing where it's this but modded left 4 dead
I hope that in the next chapter we can see what happened on anex it was maybe the city were dead air takes place?
Oooo 20 minutes of ceda?
Cool
Edit: "women" 12:55
It was only a mother checking on her son
