  • Illusion-O was one of producer-director William Castle's best gimmicks. He explains it in this introduction to "13 Ghosts" (1960). I also included his bit at the end of the movie.

    I like the threatening “if you dare” at the end, this man was a genius with gimmicks, and we need these kinda things that only theaters can do if we wanna save the theaters
