Thank you for the tips Nikki! I have a business and it has evolved quite a bit over the years. I am looking to rebrand and refresh in the upcoming year. As I am getting older, I'd like to transition more into my administrative role, which will mean adding new team members. I welcome any and all tips you have. Any examples you can provide will be greatly appreciated! I watch every video of yours! When I had a clinic and a dozen or so employees, I created a "Kudos" box. Throughout the month, team members, including myself, could write kudos slips to say thank you or show appreciation/acknowledgement for another team member and put them in the box. At our monthly team meeting, I drew 2 names from the kudos box to give out special gifts (gift cards for local coffee shop, new pens, etc.) Then we took turns reading the kudos slips out loud as we passed the box around the table and celebrating each person. It was a fun way to acknowledge the big or small things we appreciated about each other. I have to say you look extra beautiful in this video. I absolutely love your sweater!
