I still have my original WILLIS ALAN RAMSEY album from years and years ago...played it just the other day on my turntable...still sounds haunting, funny, bittersweet...thank you, Mr. Ramsey, for such profound memories.
That was a great story told by a true legend in his own time. I remember purchasing that album when it came a out and played the hell out of it for a long time. Thanks for bringing back the great memories.
I remember listening to you years ago when I was younger ! I’m 64 years old now !
66 here in Austin, Texas.😊 Can't believe I made it through the seventies/ eighties

Absolute legend. Love Willis
I love WAR. Have since before the Green Album. Am so glad he’s telling his stories.

Great story brother love leon
Had the pleasure of seeing WAR in LaGrange the other night. Sure enjoyed it, hope he comes back.
I have always feared that "I've got so many songs" was the biggest hurdle - hell, mountain - for Willis to climb.
That guy from Tulsa that signed with Leon was JJ Cale. That ain't nothin'!
