My first time hearing this..., and even now it,s great !! I think Michael would have approved, and i can,t understand why it didn,t have more air play on radio stations . I too feel it could have extended INXS into many more years of their brilliant music !!
Jon Stevens was the best singer INXS tried out after Michael's decease. I saw them live in Munich performing this song and the performance was brilliant. I wonder why they broke up with this exceptional singer and performer.
Stevens was getting tired of covering old INXS songs only and wanted to get back into the studio to record an album. Guys in INXS weren't interested. So he left...
INXS: Positively creative quality, unique artistic dynamic excellence. The epitomy of feel good music. Thank you for sharing your joy for life with us. We get it, we get you. Michael, we will not forget you brudda. John stevens, I get up when I listen to you and your contributions to one of the worlds beautiful music producers; INXS.
INXS,Positively quality, artistic, unique, dynamic, creative excellence; the epitomy of feel good music.Inxs, thank you for sharing your joy for life. We get you.
INXS and Jon Stevens ( from Noiseworks) should have been a match made in heaven. The guy has one of the THE rock voices in the buziness. Good news is tho he is back with Noiseworks again :)
I spent countlrss hours playing that game, especially the mode where you had to build up your team from the worst players in the game to be powerhouses, i still remember some of the names "Heffler, Jiroud, Nawali!" Good memories!
Steven's walked away because INXS wouldn't collaborate & do new things (just this song). He was tired of singing someone else songs. He now heads his own band, The Dead Daisies, I suggest anyone check them out, Awesome!
This song have the "INXS old school sound". The agressive rock guitar rithm is amazing. 100% INXS. This song with JD Fortune would be a number One hit.
Hutchence and Stevens were good friends. Hutchence sang with Noiseworks on their cover of "Take Me Higher" which was produced by Randy Jackson. Hutch would have dug it. Shame Stevens didn't stay - he's very gifted
@@AB-ce5fg JD sang well, I just felt he sang with absolutely no respect for anyone but himself. There is a clip of INXS singing "Never Tear Us Apart" with Jon on lead; he sat for the whole song while Michael's picture was displayed above the stage. He knew the importance of that song and gave it the respect it deserved.
Big shoes to fill. Such a vacuum Hutchence leaves to this day. To fill his shoes must be very intimidating for others. Damn! He’s still a problem for the other guys! He’ll take your girlfriend when he’s here, but you wish he was still around to sing those amazing songs to us. But this is decent post-Hutchence material.
John stevens is a brilliant singer i dont understand the band i also dont know why on earth they sacked jd fortune he was also a good replacement great vocals by john he dose australia proud im a big fan of johns hes tribute to hes mother is beautiful RIP millie
INXS treat their lead singers badly. As soon as their vocalist gets popular with the fans they dump them. They repeatedly told Michael that they made him!
INXS was, is and will always BE MH!!!!, when i saw Jon i liked him, then they elected that guy JD , first i said WTF, but the i saw his concerts and OMG he was absolutely great....now they are changing singer every year?? so wrong INXS way, where is the real band???
If anyone from INXS or Jon Stevens reads this, it's a shame that this didn't work out, the right voice, not the same voice, the right age group and the right country of origin for an Aussie band. Lost interest rapidly when you had an american lead. Just my humble opinion.
parlo con voi di NONSOLOSUONI come vi richiate a rimettere le mani nelle mie pancoralaylist e rubarmi continuamente i video originali INXS E INXSLIVE vi porto immediatamente subito in tribunale

He decided to go for his solo career.
Stevens was getting tired of covering old INXS songs only and wanted to get back into the studio to record an album. Guys in INXS weren't interested. So he left...
Jon was a worthy and fitting replacement and this was a good song, it's a shame the band wouldnt concentrate on writing new music and move on.
You can almost hear Mike singing it. I remember when I 1st heard this I was so excited. There back!, kinda.
Jon sings INXS songs with his band and Noise works in concerts.@@hmenon2003
This has got to count under the top 10 most underrated songs of all times. Hard as hell to get a hold of and it's just fucking SUPER!
What a BADass riff from Tim.
Great attitude and singing from Jon.
Aggressive AF vocal.
Great song.

Just heard this on digital station Aussie, i had forgotten all about it, what a lost classic.

Love INXS and love this song. Great Job Stevens.
Love Jon better.
this is the first time i hear it, and it is great.
This could of been a hit with support from Radio and the label and could of reignited Jon and INXS's career But no it was not to be.
Brilliant tune, love it.
It’s Been 20 Years! 🥺😭😢😊😁❤️🔥
would of been good if they made an album together - great tune
Definitely
Thanks for posting! RIP for MH.
Love this song
Genios se extraña su musica
tienes que volver a INXS Jon!!
Jon stevens era el hombre que me gustaba para seguir con Inxs, el chico Jd es un Chiste, por favor regresa jon
Awesome tune...Hutchence would be impressed

BRILLIANT RUGBY FROM... South Africa
Memories
I still like the game
I spent countlrss hours playing that game, especially the mode where you had to build up your team from the worst players in the game to be powerhouses, i still remember some of the names "Heffler, Jiroud, Nawali!" Good memories!

Then he left them as well and now they’re huge
This song have the "INXS old school sound". The agressive rock guitar rithm is amazing.
100% INXS. This song with JD Fortune would be a number One hit.
Good point.
VERY aggressive guitars here.
Tim 🤘👊
It's really too bad we don't have a least one Stevens-fronted INXS album.
El sonido de Inxs como siempre fabuloso, la voz de Jon Stevens excelente, muy buena canción, pero nunca será como Michael, él nunca se podrá reemplazar!!!

GREAT! GREAT! GREAT!
Hutchence and Stevens were good friends. Hutchence sang with Noiseworks on their cover of "Take Me Higher" which was produced by Randy Jackson. Hutch would have dug it. Shame Stevens didn't stay - he's very gifted
And he wouldn't of dug JD Fortune singing his music. That should have been illegal.
@@AB-ce5fg JD sang well, I just felt he sang with absolutely no respect for anyone but himself. Great song, pure INXS style. With Michael in voices it could has been a great hit.
Don’t Worry About Jon Stevens, INXS And Michael Hutchence, We’ve Got Baseball And Also Rugby. 😊😁❤️🔥
Rugby 2004 was awesome - shame it had bad graphics.
Its great ...I think so!!
INXS
Good song. it go's well with the game 'Rugby 2004'

I am glad also the more as Noiseworks has reunited ! Any news on a new album in 08 ? cheers
Can't believe this song wasn't a hit as it is so catchy, great vibe and to me is better than anything on the 'Switch' album they did later.
John stevens is a brilliant singer i dont understand the band i also dont know why on earth they sacked jd fortune he was also a good replacement great vocals by john he dose australia proud im a big fan of johns hes tribute to hes mother is beautiful RIP millie
Jon is a kiwi
Yeah i know jon.is a kiwi ive been a fan for ages
Yeah i know jon is a kiwi who gave me the feed back
My mate Sam said baby just get up if wanna have a good time 😁
INXS treat their lead singers badly. As soon as their vocalist gets popular with the fans they dump them. They repeatedly told Michael that they made him!
For real? They seemed tight. Clearly we can see who made who after 1 left lol. But still. They had a sound that was all them.
They didn’t dump Jon he left
Tremendo temazo, otra gema desperdiciada post-Hutchence.
Cool never knew this existed! He is better than JD Fortune.
EA Rugby 2004 trailer brought me here
INXS was, is and will always BE MH!!!!, when i saw Jon i liked him, then they elected that guy JD , first i said WTF, but the i saw his concerts and OMG he was absolutely great....now they are changing singer every year?? so wrong INXS way, where is the real band???
it's the song of rugby 2004

JD Fortune was the best after Michael Hutchens
Aussie noise 🇦🇺

Yeh it's a top notch intro too aye?
Have u seen how crap Jonah Lomu is in Rugby 2004? wot's up with that?
Michael Hutchence he aint, but I still think it's a great song + this one wasn't Mike's so thats okay!
verse and middle 8 are great, chorus falls short for me - sorry
Yes, Jon Stevens, great song, but wrong mates for Jon! WTF is J.D. Fortune?
e la mia carriera non ci comandate voi cosa credete che non venite presi cazzo l'Australia non scherza e vi sbatte subito in galera .
sorry, Canadian lead from a reality show.
