My go to dry shampoo is the bumble & bumble "pret a powder". Literally powder in a bottle, no spray or aerosol, you sprinkle it on your roots, wait a bit and brush it/massage it/whaterver you want and voila !
I switched to using starch with an old powder brush and it works better for me than any spray ever did, even on my dark hair. Doesn't aggravate my scalp either.
Try the new Batiste overnight dry shampoo. That stuff is absolutely magic compared to the regular dry shampoo that they have. It’s got an extra ingredient or two in it which makes it slightly different and that makes all the difference in the way my hair feels and the absorption of oil overnight.I absolutely love it. It’s my all-time new favourite dry shampoo and it’s the best I have ever used in all my years of use dry shampoo. And I have super super greasy hair.
I came here to say the same thing - the Batiste Overnight Deep Cleanse dry shampoo is so much better than the others. I don't always use it overnight either, it can be used as a regular dry shampoo through the day.
@@SarahColledge oh yes, totally agree. If I forget to put it on overnight, it works great just spritzed on as well. And my hair still feels soft and like hair. Not stiff like a lot of other dry shampoos can be.
The SOL Body candle and cream are currently on clearance on the U.S. site. The Night Dew is with the clearance items, too, but not marked down. I've been wanting to try that, but I was waiting for a sale (and for them to restock the undereye masks).
For a time I use to use the Pixi Peel and Polish and then after not having used it for a while I used it a week or so ago and my normally smooth skin now feels so textured and unpleasant. I’ve learned my lesson that super sensitive skin needs basic cleanser and moisturizer and that’s it!
TBS avocado body yogurt is amazing. The almond one is good too. My latest skincare find is the Kmart Water melon face spray. It is amazing and I’ve actually seen improvements in how my moisturiser absorbs.
The Body Shop Yogurts are amazing, especially in the summer! I don’t know about Aus but in the UK we have both lime and yuzu limited edition scents at the moment
The best dry shampoo I’ve ever used is by Moroccanoil and I’m a super oily haired person, I can wash my hair and the next day it’s already oily! granted it is more expensive but I think in this instance you get what you pay for. It smells delicious, although I understand some people prefer fragrance free products but they also offer different tones so I get the dark tones one because I’m brunette and you cannot see that I have it in my hair. Just thought I’d put that out there
The only batiste dry shampoo I like is the volumizing one. It actually works for me and the smell isn't overwhelming. I have lots of medium thickness barely wavy hair that doesn't get greasy, but gets sweaty.
This summer I discovered that I like using a lip brush and with my newfound knowledge, I’m working away on my Sigma liquid lipsticks. I even mixed 2 colors and a little bit of an old Bite liquid lippy I found buried in a shoe!
I also got irritated skin by the PC barrier repair. But not immediate irritation, just little by little. Only used it every third day since it had retinol in it and I had never used that before. Might be the vitamin C in it as I tend to react to that.
I think the Batiste formula has changed. I used to like it but my last bottle (tropical scent) also didn’t seem to work very well. I’m now paying for the Moroccanoil light tone one. Costs a fortune but so much better!
I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels like something changed with Batiste, someone suggested the Batiste overnight dry shampoo, so I might try that next but if I have to invest in one that is a bit more pricey I will
I had the microcurrent from nuface. I did really like it. I gave it away. Because I saw I shouldn’t use it after having a skull base tumor partially removed. While maybe it would be fine. It’s been over 2 years and my left side of the face is still numb.
The batiste tropical dry shampoo was shit for my hair too. I felt like it made my hair more creasy. The others are usually good enough, but I am not a big fan of the scent of most of them. I have gone through several of the pineapple and the blonde one (has some colour) because they are effective enougg and smell okay. I have another one of them on the go atm which has an strong but ok scent. I think i'll be in the market to try something else again. The low price ones that I have tried mostly suck though. Garnier watermelon one being the absolute worst product I have ever put on my hair.
Batiste does not work for me - doesn’t reduce oil much and my hair becomes much more oily within hours. I recommend klorane, and if you are bougie the Living Proof one is the best I’ve ever used, but too pricey to get very often.
Haven’t heard you say the intro “sisters from other misters” for ages! ❤OMG, memories 😊
That Freya yawn at the start 😄❤️

I’ve tried the pret a powder and while it did absorb oil, it also left my hair looking dull, flat and dirty. The hunt is still on for me.

Love the intro ❤
In love with your sweater😍

That lush snowman jelly scent is what in my head the commodity milk perfume would have smelt like but I was disappointed.
US Sephora is also getting Davines. I will watch that video!
I love the SOL body candles and the Aldi Liberty scent candles. Great price point too.

You look so cosy !
Your skin is glowing. If it's hyaluronic acid that you started using again, it's doing something.

Sephora in US carrying Oi too.
I do need reccomendations on dry shampoo other than batiste
The Acura brand dry shampoo from Whole Foods. Not aérosole, I put it on at night. Wake up with perfect hair 😭🥰
@spoiledchoclatemilk6560 oh damn I'm from Australia we don't have whole foods here

Try the Body Shop grapefruit body yoghurt. Yummy, yummy.
I don't uses dry shampoo but have heard the volumizing Batiste is better
Yeah that has been suggested to me too, I'll give it a go xx

It's called the Rich Cream because you have to be rich to buy it. 🙈
😂😂😂😂
I am doing a daily art challenge, and I just got more chicks and ducklings 🐥 😮
