When I saw him sing this live on the Hymnal tour it was even better if you can imagine...i was in tears and shaking by the end...as a singer myself I am constantly amazed by this man and his immense musicality...so glad that you have discovered the Gaither Vocal band reunion concert footage from Greenville SC.... David Phelps was in the finest voice at this venue...the versions of Because He Lives , and Let Freedom Ring are phenomenal....may God bless you and deliver you from your pain and discomfort with your face, as i want to see you well and whole for many years to come.....
By the way...I first heard this sung by the late Vestal Goodman....I know she is looking down from heaven smiling and waving her signature hanky every time he sings...

Was this at his barn? It looks very different now of course. I've seen him at a church out here in Arizona but the barn must really be something. I love the girls and Charlotte too. Can't get enough!
@@traceonthecase Yes it was at the barn… we were asked to dress like we were going to an Easter Sunday church service and the barn was decorated to look as if we were in a church - stained glass windows, white pews in front of stage… it was awesome!!!!
Oh love the double blessing of hearing David’s voice this Sunday afternoon. “Until Then” is a song I remember from my childhood. I believe it was George Beverly Shea that sang it at a Billy Graham Crusade. 🥰🎹

This is a song I remember from my childhood (1960s). David sings it so well, & I wish my parents were alive to hear him.
