I pulled off this game at a party - the guests asked if I could play piano, and I said ‘sure!’ Then I stumbled over all the notes to Chop Sticks. Everyone walked away. But I’ve played for 55 years, so I launched into Chop Sticks with octave leaps, trills, crosses hands....it was so much fun watching everyone’s jaw drop!
I have so many memories of my Dad and Brothers playing and they played by ear and was some of my favorite memories growing up, they could really play and I got a piano just like my Dads, yes he is so much missed as my brothers. Loved this

There's a lot to observe in this video. I especially liked the old gentleman (with the yellow scarf)assisting brendan with the tempo while brendan took the role of a novice player pointing to the notes haphazardly from page to page. Then the girl's encouraging comment, "oh,it's fine" must have really made brendan's day. The silent observer in the distance(wearing a red coat) and the few who stopped to tune in,made the video interesting and fun to watch.

I wish I could play like that and improvise that well, I love classical blues and jazz. I also play boogie woogie but it’s a different version, I think I like this version better tho, absolutely love the high note keys blasting away, makes you happy and just wanna move around
