@@barnburner1238 If you're asking about the lasersploder, then it fires both a continuous laser beam and mini rockets, which may be the damage spikes you're seeing.

Literally infinite magazine/ammo if you can hit crits as well as clearing out entire group of enemies at once
Plus it just looks amazing, I love the design of the barrel and the sight

Edit: for my favorite Legendary assault rifle, I'd 100% say the super Shreddifier. With the build I mentioned above on Zane, it's stupid fun!
Captain Haunt, if ya can't tell, is basically a reskin of Captain Traunt and therefore he resists fire and cryo.

Breath of the Undying ! Always used it with Zane because of my annointed cryo damage from SNTL. Also I love how the enemies explode into a chain reaction

Shredifier is my favourite, just because it's so satisfying. I also main Moze so.. Yeah never running out of ammo on that gun

Old answer but I'm gonna do it anyways: SAWBAR. Turned a lackluster stupidly-rare pearl into a monster with it's own unique skin, and SPLASH damage! BL3 sawbar would have been a blessing for Axton!

The Damned is a highly underated assult rifle in my opinion. It looks like one of my favorite real life rifles, the AK-74u. Not to mention it has a pretty good fire rate and damage to back it up. Then, there comes the fact it has a hyperion ADS shield to it.

Tamati Aurisch , yes, it was a decent weapon, but it was a pearlescent and a Dahl. Now that it’s a Jakob’s it fires so fast and isnt burst. And the jakobs effect makes it be able to reflect 4 shots away on flak
Toe Destroyer It wasn’t a dahl though and didnt really need a dmg upgrade (not that im necessarily complaining about it though)

Breath of the Dying is easily my favorite AR. Sure, not a lot of armored baddies, but still pretty dang solid.

The Alchemist no doubt, powerful and fun gun to use with a good mechanic, and it references one of my favorite anime of all time.
My favorite legendary assault rifle is the roans call
Fav rifle : probably boom sickle (+opq system)
Smg : Kaoson
Pistol : Maggie
Shotgun : will o wisp ? (Don’t rly play shotguns)
Snipers : can’t chose so Lyuda , unseen threat and Krakatoa
Launcher : all the launchers from the jackpot dlc
When I killed the dump truck I got a legendary shotgun called heatwave.
The next day I logged on, the shotgun was blue, and it wasn't the rarity glitch. And I am %100 percent sure it was a legendary when it dropped.

Another really good way to get early moner is to accept the manufacture's gifts from the mail that you earned on a level 50 character, and sell them!
My favorite legendary assualt rifle is either the behka or Laser-Sploder. They are both really good
well my fav would have to be the first that comes to mind. probably lead sprinkler. something about it just makes it really fun to use for me

Joltz that elevator that leads to the Typhon cashe, there's a button at the bottom. You were supposed to ride it back up lol. Also, favorite assault rifle is tired with the Faisor and the Lucian's Call.

Favourite Assault Rifle: Faisor, the faisor is such a strong gun because of its shotgun underbarrel, that shotgun attachment does so much damage even a fire element faisor does good against shields when I play
Joltz, in that starting area you probably know this but if you run al the way to the back you can open a small chest that gives you a gun before claptrap gives you any. just thought it was cool and rewarded exploring
The breath of dyinng is my most favorite guns in the game

My favorite legendary rifle is sickle it's like a shotgun rifle does so much damage plus it's a vladof so it's a great build for my doom Zane build. So fast and brings hell to the borderlands
Fun little thing you can do:
If you slide into a barrel and then melee as quickly as you can afterwards, you can send the barrel much further than usual.
I've got some filthy kills with the increased flight distance.
Also, favorite legendary Assault Rifle is a tie between the Dictator and the Warlord. The Kaos is also super fun (if only I could get it to drop at Lv 50). Laser-sploder is also really great. Honestly there's just so many good legendary assault rifles in this game, I love it.
Cryo Lucian's Call with the 50% Cryo damage while sentential drone is active anoint. (I don't have this yet)

Star Helix is definetly my favorite assault rifle, does a lot of damage especially if its radiation. Very great gun to use when farming in my experience!
Did you know that if you slide to a barrel, it kicks it forward. That's not really anything new. But here's the kicker (hehe puns). If you hit the barrel with your melee attack just at the right time after your slide has hit it, it goes waaay further. I've been able to replicate it a few times but sadly not consistently enough.

Rowan's call is a very good assault rifle for the story
Rebel Yell is really cool. His tracker darts apply shock and do more damage than normal darts. It also auto crits (well, it tries to) and has better stats than a normal atlas rifle. The concept is really cool, but is slightly underpowered.
Favorite AR huh? Lucian’s Call And Faisor. The warlord is pretty damn good too, along with the laser-sploder.

yeah I got the event shield and cryo, radiation & incendiary Fearmongers but never got that Ghast Call grenade and of course my friend got a cloning one.. feels bad man.. luckily tho, the Fearmonger is pretty strong..

Moze so far i would say hellcat cause it shoots 6 nades at once and has large mag size (lvl46 sheild tree and approching some for road on ammo
FLak and amara ive barely played on, just dont like the really short action skills and i like jakobs but amara is all element.
Ogre because splash damage Moze or Lucians Call because fire rate Moze. Love both of them.
Laser-Sploder is great, but I gotta admit I'm digging the Alchemist.

Radiation bearcat is insanely nasty on radiation flak, besides that it’s probably the dictator.
For the next Halloween event we should jump down haunt's spawn and go to the second layer of heck and keep going deeper each year until we beat all 7 layers of heck
7:49 the moxxi shield isn’t the only thing that heals enemies. Just found out that my health packs from my shields can too.
