Pretty place. Love the huge couch in the living room. The shower in the mud room will be perfect if you had a pool, you could rinse off. Thanks for the tour.
I didn't like the location of the wine and all glass.I thought the house would be 2 m but not 5 or 6 m. Also too close to the traffic noise. Basement and garage should be finished.
Thanks for watching!! I think it's just to show what can be done in the house instead of the same old designs. Road noise is tough but the area it was built in is EXPENSIVE.
This is just not for me.. I prefer wooden staircases and banisters. We don't drink, so the wine can go away along with the supermarket doors in the kitchen area. OMG! Get rid of those ladders! Can you 😮 the trips to the ER for broken bones. I'm not thrilled about the light fixtures either especially in the bedrooms. Oh, and I agree with you about the fireplace. I would prefer a wood burning one. But, of course, if I could afford this place, I would have someone to do all the work for me.
I just stumbled across your channel…I live in the downriver area. This house is absolutely stunning!! I think I could fit my little house in the basement lol.
I exxpected a steam shower in the pb. Loved the duel island sinks. Theres alot of cuts that cheapen the over all project. I wonder whats under the carpet? Pb pocket doors connecting to bath, has no hardware to open/close. For $5mil in SE MI no way. I could find more for less . I have an address of a property.
Steam shower would have been NICE. I imagine it's hard to pick and choose what goes into a model home when you're using it as a showplace for other builds.
Drive past this house all the time on my way home. I wondered who would build a house facing that direction and off a main road (the road noise can be heard outside). Beautiful home though.
Same here - model homes are always in the worst location in the sub for visibility. Wish they built it with a smaller front yard and more of a back yard (for the future pool!) 😅

There are a lot of cool things about this home, but for the price, I think they made some really weird choices. I love how they did the kitchen and dining area. That was one of my favorite parts. I also really liked the lounge area, or "speakeasy" and the attention to mudroom/cleanup areas before you get into the main part of the house. It seemed a strange choice to have glass front doors. I would rather see a solid door maybe with glass sidelights as a surround to let light in. I thought the huge glass wine storage area was ridiculous and a bit tacky. It takes up far too much real estate right where everyone can see it as soon as they walk in the house, and it's not adding positively to the overall aesthetics. It would be better to have wine storage in the back near the kitchen or in the basement and have something artsy there instead, or even just open space would be preferable, IMO. The bedrooms and closets were largely underwhelming. The closets in the master bedroom were nice, but seemed a bit lacking in space for hanging clothes. There should be two rows of rods in some areas, and an area for longer hanging clothes. If you fold most of your clothes, a lot of them will need to be ironed before wearing, so that seems silly not to have more hanging areas. The fact that a house with this price, and with a huge walkout basement has 0 square feet of finished basement space is unacceptable. It should include an apartment for guests and a shared recreational space at the very least, and there could still be room for unfinished storage. Very disappointing garage as well. It's not a terrible garage; it just doesn't meet expectations for this size/price of house. Why isn't it at least deeper if nothing else? I also found a lot of the landscaping to be lower quality that I would expect. They need to cut off more of the lower branches of the trees flanking the front path, and the fact that they used arborvitae is just going to look crappy in a few years. The only way those ever look ok is if you're making a natural wall out of them.
This is what you get when you ket a builder design a home. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Hire an architect if you can afford something like this.
nice home but seriously ...why does a home with that much Square footage only have 4 bedrooms??? 🧐☹....should have at least 6 bedrooms... and so the house designer is an alcoholic? (just my guess) .... I myself could not care lass about any alcohol, infect I hate that stuff, what am I suppose to do with that glass wine room if I was to buy that place?
Maybe the builder will give you a good deal on it if you used it as a show home for your real estate business have dinner parties for possible clients and show them what this builder can do
😂😂 Your naivete' is endearing. This is Michigan and this is a construction company's model home, nothing more. It's not in Bel Air California or Manhattan and the builder is not in the catering or event business.
🤷♂️ sorry. My main (and only) job is a real estate agent. I'm not a UA-camr. It would be crazy for me to not mention I can help people buy/sell/build.
This home is a full of aimless designer fluff. It’s all over the place. The kids bedrooms are an obvious safety hazard, ridiculous design choice. Not impressed by the interior design at all.

The model home is like the car they have in the showroom floor; it has all the options checked out but you're getting the base model haha
😂😂😂

Can’t figure out why that staircase would be so expensive. Doesn’t look anywhere near 100,000. Maybe 10,000
I believe it's all iron

Yep! That's it!
Beautiful home 🏡 beautiful video
46:46 I have to hit the lottery or play options on the stock market to buy this house. If so, I'll invite you over. 😊
Plus the basement is the coolest room in the house in the summer. This house will need lots of Wi-Fi extenders. 😁
Basements are the best! Would love to see this one finished. Thanks for watching!!
Absolutely Beautiful Home 🥰🥰I would need steps instead of a Ladder😂😂😂
The desk room off the kitchen, would be better as a walk in pantry..
I love this channel

Thanks Paul. Beautiful home. The concrete needs powerwashing. $5 M and the garage drywall isn't finished?
Cool
Glad you like it! Hopefully you subscribed 😅 - have a lot more planned
I always have to laugh when I see a new home that costs hundreds of thousands, if not millions, and they skip painting the garage. 😂
I'm sure the builder would do it if asked 😅
Beautiful home. On another note = what happened to your video tour of the Leblanc Castle?
Hope to bring that tour back - a potential buyer threatened to not write an offer if I left it up.

I wouldn't put a lock on the connecting door in the loft. I would take the door off and wall it in 😂

@@PaulWolfert no I love the loft area. Just take the door off and put a wall there. For such an expensive home the loft area could be bigger though!!!

Where is it located? Didn’t see that in the description.
5-6m and no generator. No solar panels, probably no sound proof installation for the master bedroom and first floor ceilings.

This builder has some amazing architects 😃
Thank youuuuuuu........it's trendy as Hell and follows the stark black, gray & white & bleached oak formula to a "T". Nothing really original, truly.
While I found some of the features of this house amazing, I still think the layout is quite odd.
Kids would torment each other.
Not a fan of the black windows or trim...sorry...its to commercial and not homey at all.
That's the best part about building a custom home - you could do it any way you want 😀
The fixtures colors and much of the design are giving me 1970’s vibes. Too much exposed wood.
Exposed wood is the new "thing" again.
