I've noticed that in many cooking videos from Ukraine, the cooks use regular knives to peel potatoes. Don't you guys like to use a vegetable peeler? Using a knife removes alot of the vegetable

que delícia!! estive na Ucrânia e comi Frango Kyiv em 2016... é muito bom..... tentei fazer o ano passado e não consegui deixar os filés do frango finos, mas ficou muito bom....
I was under the belief the the dish orginated in russia, particularly the imperial 19th century capital of st.peterburg and not ukriane altho named after one of the largest cities in the empire at the time. I may be wrong however on its orgins
