So glamorous, just like travelling for business. It’s not all plush hotels and fine dining. It’s turning up to randomly plonked buildings next to a motorway junction near absolutely no other signs of civilisation. Only to be trying to check in and be told that the booking hasn’t come through properly or company prepayment details have not been sent, or meal allowances haven’t been booked. And for dinner, The Pizza, The fish & chips or The pie. Followed by the standard brownie & washed down with a £7 pint. You forgot to factor in the even more behind the scenes, the editing on top!
Hi Andy. I've got a genuine question I hope you might cover at some point. I currently have an MG ZS and I'm looking at changing it for a Mustang Mach e. The question is about road tax. Currently VED is zero same as every other EV but if the government decide to stick with introducing the base rate tax (£165 or whatever it is) then would I also get clobbered for the extra £355 for the first 5 years because the list price is over £40k? I could go from buying it now with £0 to pay to then be paying over £500 a year which would make me think about it. Especially as Octopus Go rates have just gone up to 9.5p per Kwh. Keep up the great work. Also as a side note I think it's complete BS. How can a 2017 diesel pay £30 and then an EV pay £500+ when it supposedly based on emissions?!
@@drivingohm They are probably referring to the much lighter ICE version as the 500e is built like a small tank and has 4 star NCAP rating, as you'll know.

Those little Italian fleas are too small for my purposes. They might be fine in Rome, though, from what I've read about the traffic there!
