That's exactly what I need for the products of my small farm. I was watching many of the Chinese factory videos about these machines last year, thought about converting an old inkjet printer but never found the time to do it. This design looks really awesome, and perfect timing for the upcoming harvest! PS: Liebe Grüße aus Graz! : )
Looks real good! I am wondering if the glue stays where it should: It seems that some glue may be squeezed out onto the roller during the application of the label onto the bottle. Does that happen? Also, do you have an estimation of the total cost of the machine, should one decide to go ahead and try to build it from your plans? Thanks and congrats on the nice work
Hello, it really is a challenge to get the right amount of glue on the label. I have mainly tried using paste. However, flour glue works better. The 5mm wide application rolls worked best. With these you get it relatively clean so that hardly any glue sticks to the rolls or bottles. Another thing that worked very well was dry gummed paper. All you need is water. The label is simply moistened with water and adheres very well. If you have any questions, just write ;-) You can get a 20% discount via this link: fraens.etsy.com?coupon=LABEL
Can you check please I really need this product. And if does then is there any chance that it can work without the glue applicator I mean I just put the lable in and it directly just sticks to the bottle.
The machine consists of two parts. First, the labels are separated with the friction feeder. Then they are applied to the bottle with the labeler. The machine was designed for wet adhesive labels. If you use self-adhesive labels, I don't think it will work.
Well hey thank you for time I will just have to keep searching but this idea is still very thoughtful of and sure would like to see more innovative ideas.

Once all the parts have been printed and the holes are clean, assembly is relatively quick. You only have to put everything together and a few screws to fix it.
Nice work! I'm really impressed. I started working on a similarly complex machine, but gave up after a couple of months. Maybe I should get back to it... Where do you get the rods and all the extra hardware from?

Per stampare etichette ci sono i service di stampa che anche per solo 100pz. non ti chiedono più di 20-30 Euro e sono pure adesivi... già con la colla sul retro e vengono molto meglio di questo accrocchio... tanto ingegno ma resa scarsa.
This is the sort of things home 3D printing should be doing. We have enough benchies.
I'm not getting any work done today as your videos are absolutely enthralling. Absolutely stunning.

Hi, darf ich fragen was du etikettieren möchtest? Braust du Bier? Oder arbeitest du in Puntigam ;-)

Ja das kann ich mir vorstellen das diese Arbeit nicht so toll ist.
This is one of the best 3D printed machine ever👌🫙
So we need a 3D printed brewery now. Thank you for your awesome work !
Good idea :-)
I'll think of something.
pretty job!
Excellent work, as always.
What kind of super useful 3d printed device are you planning next?
I don't know exactly what I'm planning next. For now, gardening is on the agenda ;-)
Holy cow, that is an intricate design. Super cool! It must have taken tonnes of iterations to get it right?
Yes, it took a lot of pressure parts until it worked well. The glue module in particular took a lot of attempts to work well.
Looks real good!

Is it able to pick up stacked labels one by one
Exactly. The friction feeder pulls the labels out of the stack one by one.
Hey what if my lable already have glue, will it stick to the rotator.
I guess it sticks. But I haven't tested it.

❤Wow, you've really outdone yourself again , amazing build! This must be your most Intricate build! Did you reverse engineer?
Hi, yes it is certainly one of my most elaborate projects. I thought it would be easier at the beginning. But I'm very happy with the result.
finally something cool not just a benchie

Yes, it is certainly one of the most complex and elaborate machines I have built. The hardware is all from Amazon. So quite cheap parts.
