  • Discover my DIY 3D-printed wet labeling machine, the perfect solution for home use! This fully automatic wet glue labeling machine makes labeling bottles much easier. Whether you're a brewer, beekeeper or hobbyist - this 3d printed label machine will make your life easier.
    In this video, I'll show you how to build an efficient labeling machine for your home projects with minimal effort and cost. This machine applies wet labels precisely and evenly to bottles, ideal for small batches of home-brewed beer, homemade juices or jars of honey.
    Advantages of wet labels:
    - Use of normal printer paper
    - Simple printing with a home printer
    - Production of small quantities without high costs
    - The label layout can be adapted at any time
    The machine uses a friction feeder to precisely separate the labels and an innovative gluing unit to apply the adhesive to the underside of the labels.
    Learn more about the different types of adhesive and the benefits of dry gummed paper, which is simply activated with water and provides a clean, removable bond. You can find detailed instructions on my website. You can download everything you need to make it on Etsy or Cults3D.

    This is the sort of things home 3D printing should be doing. We have enough benchies.

    That's exactly what I need for the products of my small farm. I was watching many of the Chinese factory videos about these machines last year, thought about converting an old inkjet printer but never found the time to do it. This design looks really awesome, and perfect timing for the upcoming harvest!
    PS: Liebe Grüße aus Graz! : )

      @@FraensEngineering Hallo, meine Eltern haben eine kleine Landwirtschaft mit alten Obstbäumen. Daraus machen sie Säfte und Marmeladen hauptsächlich für Nachbarn/Freunde. Heuer möchte ich auch Essig und Most/Cider probieren zu machen. Alles eher im kleinen Umfang nebenbei, aber das manuelle Etikettieren mit Uhu-Stick ist als Abendbeschäftigung schon eher fad 🙈

    Holy cow, that is an intricate design. Super cool! It must have taken tonnes of iterations to get it right?

    • @FraensEngineering
      @FraensEngineering  Місяць тому +1

      Yes, it took a lot of pressure parts until it worked well. The glue module in particular took a lot of attempts to work well.

    Nice work! I'm really impressed. I started working on a similarly complex machine, but gave up after a couple of months. Maybe I should get back to it... Where do you get the rods and all the extra hardware from?

    • @FraensEngineering
      @FraensEngineering  Місяць тому

      Yes, it is certainly one of the most complex and elaborate machines I have built. The hardware is all from Amazon. So quite cheap parts.

    Awesome work! And btw, how much time did it take to assemble?

    • @FraensEngineering
      @FraensEngineering  Місяць тому +1

      Once all the parts have been printed and the holes are clean, assembly is relatively quick. You only have to put everything together and a few screws to fix it.

    Per stampare etichette ci sono i service di stampa che anche per solo 100pz. non ti chiedono più di 20-30 Euro e sono pure adesivi... già con la colla sul retro e vengono molto meglio di questo accrocchio... tanto ingegno ma resa scarsa.
