One of the best boss fights I've ever seen in a videogame. This is just oozing with creativity and respect to the greek myths.
Maybe if they lose the modern instrument, hopefully this boss will have a lot of variants. Like imagine harp, or horn variant.
Sirens were actually bird creatures, creepy as shit, looking more like a Russian Alkonost than an oceanid/mermaid.

Extremely cool characters, tho game's design is hot garbage when it comes to combat.

The way Melinoe could've avoided this fight if she didn't provoke it. Nemesis says she can slip by easily and asks how Melinoe managed to start a rivalry with a musical group
I have a feeling that by sheer fact that Mel is a woman, the Scylla would have been more than happy to have just sung a song with her band and eat the unfortunate souls nearby than to kill Mel.
Reminder that Scylla shares a VA with Arlecchino from Genshin Impact, their VA is REALLY impressive lmfao
Erin Yvette is very impressive. She has insane range and her voice is so good.
Fun fact: Scylla brings up Odysseus during one of her pre-fight dialogues with Melinoe.
This boss fight blew me away I had the biggest smile on my face
Anyone else think it would be hilarious if when you Chill Scylla, the OST would actually slow down because she sings slower and the rest of the band slows to match
I’ve seen that if you use the slow motion Hex it does shift down tempo

Fun fact for the original Greek myths: rather then mermaids or seas creatures the sirens are actually described to be more like birds with old hag heads.

Use your Cast Root circle on the little darting fish. They can't hit you through it and they bunch up for easy kills.

NVM i saw circe but her art is still in development 😭
I bet Scylla will be a little peeved if you wield Circe's staff aspect against her in the full release.

While I love the voice acting, i kinda hate the hard annunciation on the C in Scylla I've always heard it pronouned Sill ah but they say it like Skill Ah

My best advice is to target the drummer last since she’s the easiest to dodge. Other than that, pray 😂. I’ve only beat this boss once. Next fight is actually easier imo
