Hola Jade. Sólo tienes que adaptar tus proporciones a la cantidad que quieres hacer y listo, no es muy difícil. Un poco de cálculo y mediciones de tu receta y ya lo tienes, obviamente llevará más tiempo de trabajo pero te saldrán igual 😁

250g harina fuerte
30g mantequilla
30g azúcar
140 g leche líquida tibia
Una pizca de sal
1 cucharada vainilla
1/2 huevo..
4g levadura instantánea
Incorporas todos lo ingrediente menos la margarina y empiezas a amasar, cuando la masa ya esté tomando consistencia homogénea le agregas la mantequilla y amasas hasta que la masa esté suavecita, son alrededor de 7 minutos de amasado..
Luego ponemos en un bowl y tapamos , dejamos reposar por 30 min. O hasta que duplique tamaño...
Hay dos formas una es estirar la masa y cortar las donas con cortador, la otra es dividir la masa en raciones del mismo peso o tamaño y luego formar la dona aplastando las bolitas y haciendo un agujero con tus dedos..
Luego dejar reposar aleededor de 45min o menos, ya sea en una charola enharinada o sobre papel encerado cada pieza ..
Cuando frites las donas procura que el aceite no esté demasiado caliente ya que esto puede arruinar su estructura..
Luego de fritas puedes revolcarlas en azucar con canela molida pero cuando estén todavía calientes ya que cuando están frías no se les pega el azúcar..

Solo es la receta de la masa básica...
Yo soy cocinero no pastelero pero adapte está receta con los ingredientes....
Hazla sino te gusta me escribes y me reclamas ..
1 kg de harina tamizada....o sea pasada por un cedazo
2 huevos.
200 gr o 3/4 de taza de azúcar.
20 gr o 2 cucharas soperas de levadura seca.
90 gr o 1 barrita de margarina suave.
2 cucharas soperas de vainilla
1/2 taza de leche al tiempo o tibia.
1 y 1/2 taza de agua al tiempo o tibia.
2 gotitas de colorante amarillo hecherlo en el agua.
Nota importante....esa es la cantidad de agua.... pero irla hechando de a poco....sobrará tantita ... pero esa es la cantidad....para un Kg de harina....la masa debe quedar suave manejable... no dura...
Hacer un volcán y agregar todos los ingredientes ....y amasar hasta que la masa este suave elástica....

Pero esa es la receta de la masa...
