    1. Get morning light exposure
    2. Do not eat many hours before bed, or light dinner
    3. Use magnesium glycinate and/or L-theanine
    4. Melatonin can also be useful. Liposomal or transdermal
    5. Avoid blue light exposure in the evening. (You can use Blue Light Blocking Glasses)
    6. Do not sleep to warm or too cold
    7. Avoid spicy foods in the evening/during later part of the day
    8. Wind down relaxing activities the last hours of the day
    9. Keep everything regular. Meals, bedtime, light exposure/avoidance.
