    I eat two dates every day. And 1 dried prune. A quarter cup of yogurt with a palm of mxed nuts every morning. Great start to the day.

    Very informative thankyou. Dates are a favourite of mine. Slice a date partially through, add a teaspoon of cream cheese and top with half a walnut delicious.

    I eat dates most days.. Quite a few... Have I noticed anything through doing so ?
    No.... Not really.. However I am 85 and quite fit.

    I love dates, try to eat 2 a day along with 3 Brazil nuts for selenium. It's like a special treat every day.

    I started using dates snd I take 3 a day
    It helped with bowell movment, energy bust and also I sm not hungry as i use to be...

    I'm T2 and have added more things to my diet than I have taken away dates being one of those additions.
    I have been eating 2 or 3 a day for about five years now.
    Have I noticed anything?
    No but... I don't take any diabetes medication and I have the best results at my surgery for glucose control.
    Tasty addition to my food as medicine approach.

    I love dates I eat 6 or more dates a day. I usually eat 2-3 dates to tide me over between meal.
    There are many types of dates medjool, Deglet Nour, and many others.
    My preferred dates are Deglet Nour when I can get them, I go to a middle eastern market for my dates.

    Alhamdulillah.We are not surprise as dates is one of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w favorates. Watermelon too which is good for kidneys.

    I eat my little "date Sandwiches" every morning to break my fast, one roasted pecan half on each side. I look forward to it every day. I usually allow myself three

    I started the 2 dates a day but By the next day I had terrible diarrhea . I began consuming only 1 date daily and it didn’t not change. I gave up. I did this for 5 days . I love dates, but my tummy just can’t handle the fiber. Any suggestions or why my tummy does this to me? Thank you

      you probably have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or allergic to dates. please check to your health provider😊

      I have a negative reaction to corn and spinach - diarrhea , but ok with dates and chia seeds with my morning oatmeal. Has been the absolute best for digestion and regularity.

    Baloney my friend loved dates always ate them, turned out ore diabetic and git Alzheimer’s lost her memory completely. And died. Dates have a thick scaly skin that s similar to water bug wings, and a pit inside that can break your teeth. Dates are not what you push here. People do not like dates. They do not improve memory they destroy it.
