Very cool how night golf in rain is relaxing! Imagining the same, I also found it relaxing. Amazing how lights illuminate the ball just as well as a tracer. Loved the video!! ❤
I enjoy the fact you used your seven wood out of the fairway bunker. For me a five wood just doesn't quite have enough loft, but contact areas is more forgiving on a wood than a flat iron. Thanks for the video!
Here in Nebraska, all that I can picture playing at night is mosquitos, mosquitos, mosquitos, unless the wind keeps blowing, but at night the wind usually calms down.
What I love about you playing this night golf is we're finally able to see the flight of your shots! Impressive seeing the trajectory and shot shape!! I wish we had night golf here in Minnesota... 😞
Here in June the sunset is as late as 9:50, so we don't need those lights. I like how the ball vanishes when it goes above the lights. Looked like fun.
Hi Gen, great vlog as always. I was curious to note that you used a hybrid (wood?) from the bunker a few times. Are you able to share any tips for how to and when would be good scenarios to do this?
As someone who lives in the PNW, I always have the opportunity to play in the rain 😅However, if I had the option to play night golf, I think I would choose that every time, it looks awesome! Also, I wouldn't have to worry about sunburn in the summer...
With greens in night golf, you need to know what type of grass is used. Therefore knowing how this type grows in relation to the conditions which is night time then knowing if or how this grass on the greens reacts to artificial lighting if at all. Most grasses tend to lean/grow towards the sun and follow it's path till near sunset. Some grasses are matted together like minature vines wrapped around each other tightly that creates a more pure roll than those that are packed side by sibe and their stimp is calculated on it is mowed to certain heights. Longer grass usually slower whereas shorter grass quite the opposite. So they would be the main details you need to know for reading at night plus most learned players will run there hand over the grass and note wether the grass feels it resists or rough (into the grain) or smooth or no resistance (with the grain). There are other factors but if you do not play on night courses then it's up to you just for the knowledge aspect.
Great content Gen. You have such great golf IQ.
Nice play, the double bogie I can relate to!

Looked like you had fun, several good birdies, and love the way the ball disappears in the night sky, very cool

Wah, with night golf the black sky background makes the ball trajectory clearly visible. Very nice.
Thank you Gen for another great round. It seems fun and the place looks great. You are a great ambassador.
So cool - you played with Andrew! Awesome dude - great video 😊
Woke up to a new vlog.. Great start to the day...
Being able to see the ball in flight is way better than shot tracer.
Night golf is the best for ball tracers!
Great content. Love the night golf.
Black night sky is awesome for framing the ball flight.
Those ball flights look so good at night😃.
In your life, have you ever seen anyone smile as much as Gen…😃
