    Manas sir. But the instructions you provided in this videos collides with the DIP diet. In the DIP diet we are supposed to take salads before meal even at night and salads consist of raw vegetables such as cucumber, tomatoes, onion, carrot, etc. You said that we should not take raw vegetables after sunset. and what about the salad that we take before meal at night in accordance with DIP diet. Please clear this contradiction. because I am an ardent follower of Dr. Biswaroop Roy Choudhury and top fan of yours. Both of you are doing a wonderful job for the humanity.

      Exactly ..My husband and I also follow DIP diet religiously.Manad sir ki videos bhi main follow karti hu...lekin aaj se thora confusion ho gaya..

    Very nicely explained. I agree Suraj ढलने के बाद raw vegetable नही खाने चाहिए,but क्या लाइट फ्रूट्स जैसे मोसंबी ,ऑरेंज जूस क्यों नहीं खा सकते

    Baking soda or cider vinegar le sakte?

    Manas sir bahut bahut dhanyabad itni achchi knowledge Dene ke liye.but sir aapke hi video me apne brc sir ke dip diet ko batate hue kaha tha ki lunch aur dinner dono me body weight×5 plate 1 salad khana hai uske baad plate 2 khana hai.lekin iss video me apne dinner me raw vegetable khana ke liye mana Kar diya .I m confused ki karna kya hai.Sir fully jaroor de.aur sir morning 12 baje tak body weight×10 fruits khana hai to sir.
