It would be helpful when building if you used a filler block or left areas blank that will be that way in the final build. I struggled with the roof and after finishing and moving on to the front door i realized my walls were too short. I made them a block short because i collected the exact amount of blocks needed and a hole for the front wasn't shown so i didn't have enough blocks for the 4th layer

Your mouse needs to be at the edge of the barrel and then placed the sign using shift. Try to put first the signs then the item frames the same way. Hope this helps.

Strange you say that as the material list is from the schematic of the build. Let me know where you find missing items or mismatches so I can check, maybe the program is missing some things
Edit: i think the schematic calculated the amount of the sandstone in the finished build that’s why you need more than 100 in the beginning to fill the place of the then-be Windows
