    The unassigned order shouldn’t be listed as a violation. Most times grubhub dispatches too early and leaves us waiting for so long

      This is so true, I always have to wait for every grub hub order here in downtown LA, I always have to wait 10/20 mins for the order

    Some of those are really unfair. I know several restaurants that get busy after the lobby closes and you have to wait in drive thru. I've waited 45 minutes before at both McDonald's and taco bell. Not my fault. I've also had a restaurant tell me they were too busy to do the order. But that's only happened twice, at the same place but different days. I had a customer just on Friday night cancel her order because she accidentally ordered from Albany and she lived in Corvallis. The food would have been cold...I called and asked if she meant to Order from Albany and she didn't. She canceled and placed the order in the correct city. I have canceled orders for excessive wait times at McDonald's. I hardly ever except orders from there anymore because it's always a problem. I'm betting the excessively late policy is so people aren't doing more than one app at a time. I know SEVERAL people who have worked 2 apps at once because the market was slow and they were not making very much...I've had to do that as well.

    They will probably change their policies once they run out of drivers and even offer you more money to do complete orders.

      Don't kid yourself. They will not run out of drivers and they know that. It's a job where it's very easy to replace you.

    Why would the driver be in violation of it's the diner who is requesting the adjustments? That makes no sense the customer changed thier mind so the driver who accepted the order is punished??

    I got 3 violations from gruhbub because of delays deliveries and they locked my app down. I never cancel or reject orders from gruhbub. I reply to the mail they send me. But never received a feedback. I was shocked, they know how traffic is piled up in New York
    But don’t care about their drivers

    I'd imagine sooner or later there's going to be some type of class action lawsuits coming from these. You can't blame the driver for things beyond their control. Their wording is vague too. Also, as a former disgruntled GH driver, I don't understand how they can send you an offer, you accept it in good faith based on the information you've been given then when you get to the restaurant things change. How is that the drivers fault? GH is a walking time bomb. I'm glad I left. DoorDash isn't perfect, but at least their more geared towards a smarter working relationship with their contractors.

      I can cancel an order without it accepting my completion rate on Doordash if I've been waiting more than 10 minutes.

      Door dash had many class action suits look em up.. & I literally received an email this morning about joining a class action suit vs Grubhub 😂😂😂 they they shady AF n stealin $ from us then payin out settlements they doing regular business in they minds… we are juz expendable workers they need us more then we need them , sure we get paid but they using outlr labor our vehicles our time think bout it

    Been doing this a year now and my experience is that these companies do not care about their drivers whatsoever. Even when they are tracking you etc doesn’t matter what you say in defense they don’t care and will not help you to make situations right especially with Uber eats and DoorDash and will not supplement you for a customer or restaurants mistakes and wasting drivers time.

      You're correct they don't care, but nor should you expect them to. Make your money and don't expect them care. You can solve most of your own problems anyway. It's the nature of of being an independent contractor. They are not there to hold your hand and tell you what to do. They are platforms where if you handle it properly both sides are making some money.

      Doordash pays me if the order is cancelled after I arrive, the restaurant is closed after arrival or another Dasher already picked up my order after I've arrived (this happens at Wal-Mart alot).

      @@chrystallee5528 Half pay sure. I've herd many many reports Walmart pick ups are a disaster. I don't take retail orders anyway but fortatenly WM isn't offered in the area anyone so one less thing to decline.

    Re: unassigned orders, I DID call support for a order that had to be cancelled for a restaurant-related reason that was out of my control, and they said, "too bad, thanks for calling".

    Once you possibly reach 2 violations on GH, simply use other revenue streams, such as DD or UE, until at least 1 violation on GH times out after 90 days.

      If you're doing your job you rarely should get a violation anyway. These are pretty fair criteria.

      @@johniii8147 I’ve done 10,000 deliveries with Uber eats and people lie all the time to get free food.
      Once customer lied for not getting the food, I told Uber I can get count subpoena to demand a camera footage from the lobby CCTV camera. Uber threatened me to deactivate my account if I choose to do so. I’m honest and tried to proof them people lie but these companies are thieves themselves and people lie all the time.

      @@tonymouannes Never run into the issue other than once on DD. Actually got a call directly from the customer in front of the restaurant and he was actually there picking up his own food since he had been waiting over an hour. Called support they confirmed the order had been canceled and gave me half credit so it wasn't considered a violation. GH may handle these situations differently. But generally have not run into customer cancellations.

    Excellent video as always Mike. Here is my take on this:
    1. For the violation with place and pay orders, just don't accept them. They (usually) don't allow you to achieve over $30/hour.
    2. With the missed deliveries, this is common on Reddit. GH is HORRIBLE for delivery completion steps; navigation, photos, messaging etc. GH is the last on my accepting list between the 3.
    3. Surrender/Canceling an order is quite common for those who really hustle. I wouldn't advise to "never cancel". If I walk into a restaurant and its a 20 or 30 minute wait for the order, I'm canceling no doubt. No driver should be taken advantage of by the app company because they didn't accommodate for wait times. UE will comp the drivers when they know its a long wait. That's why when UE is hot, (weather, events, sports) its usually paying $30 to $50 an hour. DD does this by assigning driver pickup requests within the predicted wait time. If GH starts handing out violations to their drivers because they don't want to accept low paying/hour jobs, I'll just move on to the other 2 apps.

    Delivered to a genius last night that msgd me as I got close, "make sure you deliver to the right apt, this is a reorder". There was NO street/building number on the order and every one of the dozen or so buildings had an Apt 203.

    I deliver on campus a lot and a few times food has gotten stolen so I started taking a picture and attaching anyway for proof. I don't understand why you don't have to take a picture it's setting you up for failure

    One thing that I have had happen three times now on GH here in North Carolina is a place and pay order, where I get to (or call) the restaurant and they tell me they don’t participate with GH at all!! So I’ve showed them the website to order and sure enough the restaurant is listed. Usually with an out of date menu. So who is in violation with fraud here? IMO GH is a bit shady

    They now deactivate you for low acceptance rate ( declining too many orders) and call your delivery services "below standards" in a deactivation email) this new policy is to deactivate you smh

    For me with the “ I delivered it but the customer can’t find it”, I’ve had it happen at least three times where the customer just gave the wrong address. Like clockwork I get a call about 20 minutes after the delivery from the customer asking where their order is

      That happens they have wrong address. I've had that happen a couple of times. The funny one for me is I had an order (good pay out so i took it) for a pick up from Chinese resturant and the delivery location was shown as another Chinese restaurant. Called/texted the guy no response when i noticed that. So i just picked it up and delivered to the address specified. Did my job and was actually early. Dude starts texting like an hour later about his order. Didn't worry about it and didn't hear a word from DD about it. Not common but you run into situations sometimes in the business no matter who you're delivering for

    I was recently deactivated by door dash for what they called fraudulent cancellation. I have been top dasher in my area for over a year straight. Here recently (every single night for almost 2 months) I have had to call support about the same restaurant closing early and refusing to fill my order. The one night that I didn't call support and used the app to report the store closed for 2 consecutive orders they sent me on a third order to the same place immediately after the second. As any good driver would I again went through the drive thru well this time they had my order completed. I was deactivated because they finally decided to do thier job. When I appealed my deactivation none of my history with them (top dasher for 14 months straight, almost 2000 deliveries, 4.97 customer rating [ I mean I was on top of my hustle]) nor the repetitive support calls about the same exact issue with me were taken into consideration. Highly disappointed and bothered that I worked so hard to be treated as a liar.

    Yeah, seems like we are supposed to have a worker shortage and only holding drivers accountable is a bit much... I would love for all Apps to ask people to go out to the sidewalk and take a photo of the house front or remind them to give description and leave lights on.

    I did an order on Grubhub and literally put the food in the customer's hands! He declined the order once he got it and said he never got it. So I went through the process calling Grubhub and even emailing everything that happened. They still gave me a strike!

    I also drive in Pittsburgh and I have a question for you ..does the way you disposition a rejected offer have any bearing on your overall status as a driver? For example if I notate that I rejected the offer because the offer was too low for distance is that going to affect my stats or can it get me suspended if I use that too many times?? I feel like this app is designed to get us all in a car accident.. honestly so many times that I have to touch the screen and disposition a order while I’m in the middle of delivering another order and it’s dangerous especially now especially in the rain.. in the snow etc.Ugh.. it’s just so ridiculous that we have to explain why we aren’t taking an order!     Hello everyone here is NY so I m GH driver so I found out some costumer of GH lied reports food never arrived.I remember 1 costumer I handed her food face to face after 5 minutes I see the delivery of that costumer getting canceled after delivery. So I contact GH immediately ask why order getting canceled after delivery so GH said costumer reported never arrived . It’s not only this one I see some costumers do that in my deliveries getting canceled getting free food for no reason ! So I don’t know why GH doesn’t have pictures photos option just leave at door that’s very easy costumer lied getting free food. I love my job I like clear work . Be safe everyone

      I'd call police on the customer n call driver care to let them know I'll take this matter in my own hand if they don't do anything about it. If I'm getting scammed n I know who, I'll make sure they think about doing this again next time.

    Yes GH gave delivery time frame very low. If you want to be in restaurant on time and costumer on time , you have to run red lights, and don’t stop any stop signs and drive over speed limits. I think one nice day someone (s) will file lawsuit on GH because of making driver reckless . And I guess GH will lose the case.
    Recently I got violation too because of late deliveries. I can’t FLY.

    I deliver exclusively with GrubHub, never purposely delayed an order, but work late night and often get stuck in drive-trough lines, often have two orders and on my way to the first order already receiving the “you picked up but not moving” message from the second order… Do they know those things happen???Just got my first violation… What happened? Why? I’m afraid to work now… And if I’m unlucky to get a lot of busy restaurants and loose my income? I’m 40, have wife and a 12years old!!!

    I'm filling a class action lawsuit against grubhub for unethical practices for assigning late orders to drivers and terminating them over that. If you have been a victim of being assigned late orders and being punished over it. Reach out please! I have an attorney to help in this!

      @@ScuzMaster I do have legal representation on this area with a firm in New York. I wrote Grubhub about fixing this issue of assigning late orders upon other problems and the unfair practice of just assigning violations without a rebuttal. My attorneys advised if anyone has been fired yo reachout to me so we can get legal representation.

    I hardly use GH anymore. It was my favorite at first, but it just doesn't keep me busy enough, OR I don't get high enough paying orders. I basically use Uber all the time (at this point in time). I do not like DD very much. I only use it if Uber gets really slow.

      I started on GH, it was great in the beginning but I do it only 30 to 40% the time now. I hate they give us the offer to pick it up right when the order is placed. Now I am selective on where the orders come from. If I know it’s gonna take 30 minutes at a certain restaurant and the pay is not more than 12 to 15 dollars I won’t do it, I just decline. The app really has gone downhill for a while. I do DD mostly.

    This is not fraud. Fraud is a scheme to commit intentional theft of property or money. The proper term for this is abuse. This is drivers abusing the platform, not committing fraud. Drivers canceling orders is BS with no clear % of what we can drop as well as getting a violation for the merchant or diner canceling the order. We have no control over what the customer and the merchant does. GH has had the longest time to figure out food delivery and they still don't get it. Shame this company won't exist in the next couple years.

    It happened to me currently suspended!!! Dropped of an order for like $80 worth and the customer “canceled” the order after I 100% dropped off the order. Made a report still waiting. Ridiculous overall. DD Is great if you can always be in red!!

    First of all, GH delivery estimates are extremely ridiculous, especially during rush hour.
    GH does not show delivery due time until I pick up the food. Drive-thru only takes forever. Other times I get the food and it is already an hour late.
    I have so many problems that I don’t have time to list them all plus I can’t remember them all. If they wanted to screw me then I would have been gone a long time ago.
    The customer wrong address for me is around 3-5%. The more they expand into the country the more problems I have. Wrong address can get you attacked by a dog so watch out.
    Again, problems are nearly unlimited. If they want to get rid of me then get rid of me. I was a pizza man for over 20 years. My goal is complete the mission. I have saved the customer now over a hundred times because I am persistent. I don’t want to screw them. It would be so easy. I’ve been with them for three years. If they want to screw me then whatever. Welcome to the future when the Great Computer runs your life. It’s now. It’s absurd. It sucks getting screwed by it but at least there are other options.

    I got a violation stating food not delivered on so and so date . I had 0 notifications saying a customer said they didn't get their orders . I've contacted GH about it and nothing has been done. I now take photos of both the food at the door and the address , and text the diner for proof. If I hand it to the diner I take a photo as well.

    The overcharge place and pay orders violation shouldn’t even be a thing Because they make you submit a receipt for everyone of those anyways

      They seem to making up reasons to deactivate drivers. And more active a driver, the more at risk they are because the violations drop of based on time not number of orders.
      I'm not on grubhub yet, but I do a lot of those orders on DD and EU. DD never shows the price and UE almost always shows a lower price. So I can say that almost all my orders exceed the expected amount.

    The only one that makes some sense is delivery not found and thats only if the customer is not playing the gimmi free food game, however i have never had that happen on GH,, but 2 times some DD customer tried playing they never got the delivery. I proved them a liar by having pics of the food next to address number, dashcam footage of me dropping off the food and the GPS showing me at the address. Both times DD removed the violation. Don't know if customers still got refund or what happend,

      GH in some areas are now having drivers take pics of the dropped off food. Some will follow your location and cancel when close or tell you to text when there so they can cancel it once you do. In some instances, the driver somehow found out they canceled it right before drop off, and the driver held on to it because they knew. The scamming customer texted them to ask where it was..The driver said, "You canceled it so..."
      I would have loved to send them a pic of me eating their canceled food with a description saying .... "Oh, how I love the taste of canceled orders" lol

    My plan is simple:
    1. Continue to follow the best practices and NOT get any violations.
    2. Should I get a violation, all Ill do is not drive for GH for the next 90 Days until Violation 1 falls off of record. No way I would risk getting a 2nd and of course 3rd which gets me deactivated.

    Costumer complain “ I did not got my order”
    To fix I did not got my order from costumer, needs to change only 1 important thing.
    Costumer should get food from driver and sign on app. It’s a food not packages from FedEx or UPS. It can get cold or non eatable . Not from leave at my door.
    And there should be a law for all apartment, house, building owners to have numbers with light on there property.
    I think this violation is to eliminate drivers from platform. And they don’t care how good you’re doing your Job. They sign up many new driver and kick out 3 month or 3 year drivers.

    I also do get diner adjustments. Not often but I have seen in the app, in red writing, where it says restaurant and diner are aware of changes to the order.

    I had an order earlier this week that said it was less than a mile when I accepted it, $4 order. As I was making my way to the restaurant it magically changed to a 18 mile delivery. I think it's the only cancelation I've ever done. But Pocatello Idaho isn't the biggest market so it could be a high percentage this week. I have not received a violation for it yet but the week isn't over yet. I'm interested to know if I will be violated for it.

    I get cancellation orders constantly usually the reason is when the restaurant doesn't have an item either the restaurant cancels or the customer cancels two the restaurant took too long to make the order either the customer's impatient and cancel the order.
    I did get pay on the arrival. And these ones in my area usually I try to call the restaurant ahead of time and place the order but a lot of them do not like doing that since I get a lot of cancel order from customers that sounds like a red flag anyhow but they forced us to go through it.

    I'm wondering if a restaurant or diner cancellation is when you show up and the restaurant is closed? That has happened to me several times, I deliver in Pocatello Idaho, and the customer has to cancel.

    Unassigned orders - Accepting an order and refusing to complete the delivery, resulting in a delayed or canceled experience for the restaurant and diner
    Marking restaurants as closed when they are not closed - Reporting a restaurant closed within the app despite the restaurant being open and able to take orders.
    Failing to deliver/delivering orders to the wrong place after pick up - Not completing orders by either dropping orders off in the wrong location or by theft of orders/items.
    Delaying pickup or drop-off of orders you’ve accepted - Not moving to the restaurant/diner after accepting the order or leaving the restaurant.
    Overcharged Orders - Buying more items or services, on the Grubhub for Drivers Card, than were ordered by the diner
    Masking/Falsifying location - Hiding or misrepresenting your actual location while available on the app.
    Falsifying Delivery Progress- Giving incorrect information concerning arrival at a restaurant and order pick-ups and drop-offs.

    The problem with this is so if the customer orders a bunch of stuff and they’re out of stock and the replacement items are way more than the original items ordered. How is that in your in control?

    When it comes down to it, I can’t wait for robots to replace all of these delivery people. They are some of the worst individuals I’ve encountered. I am blind. I leave very specific instructions. Their response is to do the exact opposite of the instructions, I left. For example, I will beg them not to leave anything in the lobby because I won’t find it. So they leave it in the lobby. I will beg them to call me and let me know to come downstairs if they can’t come upstairs to me. Their response is to leave it on the stairs outside of my apartment building. I didn’t ask for any of these people to become delivery drivers. I don’t wanna take responsibility for them having a bad day. Or them not wanting to do their job. ultimately, they don’t deserve work like this. I appreciate that people need to make ends meet. But because they don’t care about the work they’re doing. I don’t care to have compassion for them.

    I'm on my second violation with GrubHub and most of those are because of how they worded significantly late but most of those late deliveries aren't even my fault a lot of times I have to wait 10 15-20 minutes and then when I get to the diner then obviously it's late so what am I supposed to do if it's not even my fault? Slow Eta's for me but like I said about 90% of those weren't even my fault a lot of those I'm having to wait so long at the restaurant because it's taking them forever to make the food or they're busy

    I'm calling BS and I'm going to agree to disagree with you on unassigning orders, you should be free to unassign anytime you want to up to certain reasonable extent. You and your brother even taught people to cherry pick orders to maximize dollar per miles as well as time spent on a delivery but sometimes it's beyond your control you show up to restaurant and it's a 50 minute wait in line at McDonald's and you're only getting paid $4.50 for that order! 🧐 you probably should be unassigning that order.
    We're here to make money not to be taken advantage of which happens enough as it is already in some smaller low wage markets.

      Hell of course you resign if have any brains. Well should have never taken a $4.50 fast food order anyway. That's you're mistake. On DD as long as I'm at 90% completion i'm happy. The key is to know the restaurants NOT to go to so it's easy to maintain that 10% margin when i do need to use it.

      To clarify I still feel like we should be able to freely cancel orders. One example in this video was two simultaneous requests where I get one but immediately get another much higher offer. If I already accepted the first I'd usually cancel it. So if GH says we get a violation on ANY cancellation that's not right, especially if you drive a lot you'll have a run or two you'll want to cancel within those 90 days. Excessive cancellations sure give the violation but one is not enough in my opinion

      @@johniii8147 on DD that's not an issue because you need 20 cancellations per 100 accepted orders to get in trouble. But if you get violation for cancelling 1 or 2 deliveries, that's an issue. Some restaurant can be usually fast, but get randomly backed up, so a low paying order can be worth it. But if you figure out the wait will be excessive, you need to unassign and move on.

    I got a late violation when I first started for extremely late delivery when I was sent out of zone in the mountains where there was no internet. Iota gone now and it’s either a hundred rolling deliveries (maybe hand it to me). Luv your info!! It took me almost two hours but I still have 100 Completion. Luv gig work. Lala

    Why an order is marked delivered but not delivered.
    Walking up to the address with your phone in your pocket I've experienced accidentally pocket pushing delivered.
    If you cannot reach help before the customer complains you have a violation. Sometimes reaching help can take ridiculous amounts of time. You cannot contact the customer after it is marked delivered. There should always be a confirm button in my opinion where confirm is in a different location on the phone.

    I was given 2 violation for fraudulent activity(waiting for orders) within 3 weeks. Haven’t done any Gh since. Both will be wiped off by end of December. Not worth risking the 3 rd strike. They want you to dispatch quicker than the emergency services lol. You got no choice but to wait it out. Feels like my account was flagged

    Watching this currently deactivated & 2 of 3 violations was high number of reassignments 2 weeks now since i have been deactivated got deactivated june 27 been a rough 2 weeks dealing with this bs any helps appreciated i have tried everything I know to get my account reactivation still currently deactivated :( blocked 😤

    And to top it off grubhub payouts are garbage now where supposed to be independent contractors but they treat us like employees you have to do this and do that and follow these guidelines you have to hurry up and get to the restaurant or the order will be unassigned not to mention they let customers get away with calling and lying saying the driver never delivered my food.

    It might happen when customer can’t find it . Is if the app won’t let you send a photo/ they won’t reply to your phone calls/ texts to verify there location when there’s no house # visible/ it’s late and dark outside.
    As for the lateness that’s sorta why I haven’t started door dash yet. I have a LD . And ADD, etc. And if your going to penalize me when it isn’t my fault due to tardiness. And or not be clear in what exactly qualifies as late. That’s not okay.
    As for the price being different on and Order and pay. Uber Eats gave me under a week ago an Uber they claimed in the app would cost allot less then it actually did. I had to call the customer to verify they accepted the steep price increase. Luckily they said that was what they expected . That rarely happens to me though.

Grubhub only accounts for 5% of my orders.... while Uber and DD account for the other 95%. Whatever.

    Then another thing I think the orders for us to be shipping should be higher than some it's $2 and $3 and sometimes $5 that doesn't even pay for our gas because gas prices went up people need to realize that we are using our gas in our vehicle to order them their food so they don't have to get out. Gas prices high nowadays it's not cheap and it's putting mileage on her vehicles that some of us don't add to our taxes and stuff. I do over right now because I don't make enough money to pay my bills now as it is because my bills keep going up and I have a hard time keeping my bills up I have an older motor model car that I had to keep running just for me to get around to do my. But I am willing to use it to deliver food to make extra money but not for no 2 are three or four or five dollars that don't put enough gas in my gas tank a day. I think all the delivery food places should raise at the rate for us to deliver their food. It shouldn't be counted against us if we don't want to take that order or not because it's too low.

    For GH, driver n restaurant pretty much receive the order at the same time, most time when I get to the restaurant, I always gotta wait for the order to b ready, n that's normally 10 to 15 mins wait n I really hate that. So if that order is not ready I'll not wait 15 mins for it, I unassign that order for better orders. It's not my fault when GH is not up to their game, why should I b punished for that? Just jokes

      Absolutely agreed! So many restaurants don't start making the food until we arrive to pick up the order and during the busy times the delivery drivers orders are moved to the back of the queue which isn't right because our customers pay more for their food than people in the restaurant they're paying the premium for their food they should get premium service and we attempt to give them that as a driver so yes restaurants should be penalized for making this way longer than 5 minutes for food our food should be ready to pick up when we arrive there should be a better order flow or the restaurant is given a 20 minute heads up on the order I know doordash has something where the restaurant gets a notification at least 10 minutes before we arrive I know this because I have a friend that works at Subway and watch the order come in and it didn't show up on my phone until almost 15 minutes later he said they usually have a 10 minute lead time so what's happening in this restaurants are getting our orders and sitting on them to see if we're going to show up to deliver the order.
      Decisions need to be fixed because it's getting more and more expensive to drive

P.s. out of all 3 apps, GH mark up the price the most I think, n I don't think restaurant will get much more since the service fees all that, that's why I don't understand why people keep using it.

      @Daniel Brockman there r plenty time where I foolishly waited over 30 mins for an order, the restaurant won't start the order till I get there n they won't tell me how long it's gonna take. For those restaurants, fool me once shame on u, twice will b on me unless the money is good enough to wait. N also if I knew the order is gonna take a long time, I'll simple start doing DD just taking short orders n double dip on the wait time. There r times where I made about the same or more for the time if I waited around. But for those iffy orders(under $15) just simple unassign them, ain't worth of my time anyway.

    DD is their usual standard 100 deliveries and a violation drops off. It's not 90 days. I had one so far ( and i earned that one I will admit). Just couldn't find the dudes apartment so after 15 minutes of looking for it so I just dropped it at the leasing office since i was DONE at the 10pm. Yeah it was true he didn't get his food but nor did I steal it either. But I earned that one and it was fine it dropped off within a couple of weeks. 99% of the time it all works out but in this case it didn't and i wasn't really going to worry about it.

      He could have walked to the office. I never got an issue with a delivery not received, even if I leave the order at a complex entrance. But those violations on DD aren't a big deal, they fall of pretty quickly.

    I had an order canceled by the customer because she was at the restaurant picking up her food in the line in front of me! Doordash counted it as an unassigned when I didn't do that....called them multiple times before it was removed.

      Ask the customer to cancel on their end. If they refuse try to pickup the order, if the restaurant refuse to give it to you call support based of that. It works perfectly on DD and UE and you get partial payment too.

    Seems like the basis for the way GH does everything is due to their incredibly bad software. To get Pro or Premier (and be able to schedule) you have to accept and keep crappy orders that take WAAAY too long to pickup.
    So now they're doubling down on rules instead of fixing their software.
    2nd rule is ridiculous, completely out of our hands.
    AND they screw us over by discouraging customers in CA from tipping (Drivers got Prop22 so no need to tip) WTFF???
    Also their Order Confirmed and Ready for pickup is messed up (if restaurants use it correctly or at all)
    On a recent holiday, a restaurant was closed. I got an Order Confirmed notification. I was at the door to the restaurant, nobody home.
