I remember a coworker telling me we should go to one of this seminars and invest money on this. I told him a DJ getting involve in real state looks suspicious.
How can DJ Envy say he’s not associated with the scheme when he’s the face of it and he’s the one verbally selling it? I barely heard about his real estate workshop but when I did, I thought the workshops were solely DJ Envy’s. He’s definitely responsible! Sue the radio station too cus that’s where I heard him advertising it.

DJ Envy is a natural born scammer (IMO). He did his scam by slowly building confidence with the community by seeming to be down with us. He thought that the street cred he had would keep us blind to his true intentions and make us give him a big pass on allegedly defrauding people
There is the problem. You invested in him because you think DJ Envy has street cred. You don't go into business with someone with street cred unless your business is in the streets.

Envy is pretty smooth and has a great presentation and delivery from being on broadcast radio all these years but he’s also arrogant and he got greedy thinking he’s smarter than everyone else. He thinks he can gaslight and project onto people trying to make them believe he and Caesar aren’t in it together when that’s clearly the case. You pay these people to find properties for you. Buy, rehab and flip them. He gave dude money and either never got a property, didn't get something worth investing into or something along those lines.
