I see how he got scammed. He has father issues so he seemingly moves based off emotions. That’s a blessing and a curse. He’s in this video talking about I don’t believe Envy is involved. And he doesn’t believe it all because Envy checked on his mental and showed him some concern and compassion. Fast forward to today…he sees Envy for who he is!

I was in the credit industry with half of these dudes. The credit dude is another one that is cap. 2 million dollar payroll bills, no money to take extra loans. HE said most of his employees are mostly stay-at-home moms. He has come to several events and said he has no high overhead. So now math ain't mathing. Sold Rolls Royce, can't make payments. You were living a lifestyle that didn't match your earnings. Yet you fix credit, telling clients to pay their bills. Walking contradiction.
That's the main reason I stopped following these cappers. I find it interesting that he does the military play and talks about his mental when he's called out. I'm a veteran, too. They all jump on the person who has clout and then distances themselves when it gets hot. He was Derrick Harper's main man for a long time. Derrick Harper was very crooked, too. He even got caught up in violation of GA credit repair laws. That's when Creditdude distances himself 😂
My primary business is real estate, I set up credit repair back then to help my clients. I realized early too many crooks in the credit game. I'm very selective now about who I help. I would rather focus on real estate and my IT contract.
UPDATE: for the disgruntled employee who came on my post complaining she wasn't a stay-at-home mom. I said most of his employees were that is who he bragged about employing. If it doesn't apply to you, then keep it moving. I have been in the industry since 2016. I know all of them, sat on a lot of panels, conferences, etc. Even some of the ones holding the fake Credit Repair Millionaire awards lol. It's a cold game!

Thank you for making a difference for the listeners who are struggling to grasp how serious this issue became in a matter of months to a year now. There are people who want to build generational wealth the right way….and we understand that dealing with real estate investing is a serious deal when becoming apart of the process. It’s unfortunate that you have people in this situation who have ripped off those who wanted to be apart of something great but is now victimized and the tenants who are at the mercy of these greedy scammers. So I hope justice will prevail in this dilemma and the victims can move on past this horrible situation. I hope the public will use this opportunity to be careful who you get into business with in these difficult times. Thank you for bringing awareness to the light. Be safe and be blessed. ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾

He literally said that Envy told him not to do it and y’all in the comments still saying Envy was liable. Now, clearly this shows that Envy knew something or the fact that making 750k in 6 months off of 150k is just a random outlandish return. In this particular case, Envy said don’t do it and this guy did it anyway.

The problem is that Envy new the hustle and promoted this hustle and didn't let the unsuspecting general public know that he is a scam. Envy only helped him because he was part of the inner circle, but you won't be able to contact Envy because you don't have Envys number nor would he take your call.

I appreciate this brother for sharing his story, and experience. It's a damn shame that people take advantage of people for personal gain. The only issue I have is Tony comes off like a lame for the DJ Envy reach. The Credit Dude kept saying, "Envy was goods!", but Tony keeps pushing the same narrative. Tony is actually using this man for shock value you. Not cool, Cuz. We have to be better.

I like the credit guy, he seem like he has a very big heart but his big heart is unfortunately his downfall because he trust too easily and is trying to heal his daddy issues by looking for a father figure from a man that's not his father. With that being said he's still very naieve saying that Envy didnt know anything. The fact that Envy told him last September or before than not to invest that money with Cesar mean he know that man was shady, he tried to look out for him because he took a liking to him, but he also continued to promote and tout him as his business partner. Envy knew that man was shady and from the Credit repair guy's own mouth he knew for atleast about a year now.

Now you have to think about this if someone tells you hey invest 150,000 usually we do 300 but I’ll break it down for you. Don’t tell anybody because you’re coming in at a different price point. I understand that part what I’m saying is on your have you had to get them to specify exactly how they plan on getting this money back in 90 days and then say OK what happens if that plant cells will I get it back in the next year right and if they come up with another plan saying that OK and if that plant cells do you have the liquid cash liquid cash to give me back my 150 that I initially invested because it’s been now past the 90 days that you told me and we’re going into a whole Nother year and that time has passed too so also by saying that you let him know that I’m prepared to go 90 days and I’m also prepared to go in extension if things don’t pop off in at 90 days And I’m expecting if things don’t pop off in at 90 days do a second term that we agree to and things don’t happen then that you’re going to pay me my $150 liquid cash he might say well in the first 90 days I probably won’t have it I’ll probably have 35,000 to send to you and I’ll have to hustle up the rest. I have to get the rest up at that point you have a decision to make because you should never really invest something that you can’t afford to lose. That’s why investment is a nice way of saying gambling. It really is and we are dealing with real estate if you don’t understand, not saying if you don’t understand how the market works but if you look at it is broke down into 4/4 so if you invest in the first quarter and 90 days carried you over to the second quarter of the year well we all know that in the second quarter terms could change as far as percentages and prices could drop or go up different things could happen And then there’s certain times of year in certain quarters where things happen consistently so if it was the third quarter in a year going into the end and you know that in the last 10 years in the third-quarter real estate has dropped 10% you can go back on a 10 year scale and see it then you know that you don’t want that deal to carry over into the third quarter of the year so a lot of people are getting this money and just not doing their job diligence and it doesn’t mean spying and sitting there watching people but really doing the research to understand what happens when I take this loss everybody is more focused on the game instead of teaching. What happens when I take this loss when I’m starting to feel like is now I’m going to learn from my mentor more about losing then winning because if you know what to avoid with losing or understanding, why things happen when you lose that you know more what’s the spec when it’s winning and you have to be honest with yourself you’re getting in this business to win. No one wants to lose, but just to be honest, I had a 10 people joining maybe eight is going to lose first before they win, the other two might win in the beginning, and then take a loss later on

For all we know envy threw him some cash to attack pena and not envy. Either legit or sneakily , unfortunately dj envy was the face of the business and probably needs to be held accountable for some of the losses. Like tony said nobody would ever dealt with pena unless envy vouched for him. Thats a typical bait and switch, but envy was involved too personally to the business
