I have a presentation at university tomorrow and it is relieving to see I got it all right. Going with a dark navy suit, light blue shirt, black derby shoes, dark brown suspenders with black leather ends, presidential white square and a regimental navy red white tie.

I know navy is the safer suit, and I have a couple of those, but I like a dark indigo suit. It is close enough to navy, but slightly lighter. It goes well with my dark skin tone.
A note: Tailors and seamstresses are dying off and, thus, costs are rising. Buy right, buy as close to perfect fit as possible. Also, quality matters. Buying a suit is not cheap: Quality materials and construction yields an easier to tailor garment, with usually more adjustment in and out, and a longer garment life. Work arounds: Learn to tailor your own clothes. Obviously, not feasible for everyone.

Basically the terminology of Sport Coat and Blazer tends to be mixed up at times which makes it confusing so I'm truly wondering if the Jacket is solid color made of mainly Cotton or Wool wouldn't that technically be a Sport coat or is it a Blazer since its solid colors and not patterned? And yes the buttons are not Gold or metal so just trying to clarify. Yes I understand Suits have matching pants but I'm only asking about Sport coats and Blazers though. Sorry for the long comment keep up the good work good sir! I got the Haggar Smart wash Blazers just to be clear. I definitely recommend to anyone into classic yet casual style.
As I understand it, a blazer is a formal statement piece, with contrasting buttons and either flap or patch pockets. A sport coat is a very casual jacket, normally in patterns, with patch pockets.
@@RealMenRealStyle What if the jackets are cotton with patch pockets and in a solid color? I dont see that fabric anywhere listed. I appreciate the article though even though I've seen it before always nice to double check what the differences are.

Interesting topics but this is a fit connected to RTW. Many flaws and points to improve.For example the shoulder from neck to arm looks bubbly and there is a lot of acces fabric. So far so good. A proper fit cant be achieved with a garment that is made with out your own body size, modus operandi and wishes in mind. Preaching for myself I would say it has to bespoke tailored and otherwise .......
Regarding the show Suites, they have the best suits. Harvey makes you want to look like him. But Mike Ross suit doesn't look as good as Harvey. Can you explain the difference and why? How can you look like harvey and not Mike lol?
